The villa offers four air-conditioned bedrooms and three full bathrooms, thoughtfully arranged across bright, generous interiors. Llenaire is a quiet and safe residential area, perfect for unwinding without giving up the convenience of having the sea just steps away.
A spacious and light-filled entrance hall welcomes you, highlighted by an elegant feature staircase. The L-shaped living room is comfortably furnished with leather and fabric sofas, offers international TV channels, and opens directly onto the covered porch and pool area.
A separate formal dining room, spacious and air-conditioned, provides the perfect setting for special meals. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, food processor, breakfast dining area and pantry. A dedicated laundry room with washing machine leads out to the rear terrace and barbecue area.
On the first floor, the accommodation comprises a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and private terrace, two twin bedrooms sharing a full bathroom and both with terrace access, and a master suite with double bed, en-suite bathroom with separate shower, and its own private terrace.
Outdoors, guests can enjoy a private 8-metre swimming pool with a shallow section for children, a covered porch and furnished terraces ideal for al fresco dining or relaxation, and a beautifully maintained garden surrounding the property. A barbecue and outdoor dining area complete the setting, with private parking also available.
From the villa, a 20-minute stroll along the seafront promenade takes you to the lively centre of Puerto de Pollensa, with its restaurants, cafés, and shops. We highly recommend having a car if you wish to discover more of the island, visit nearby towns such as Alcudia or Pollensa, or enjoy the variety of beaches, markets, and scenic routes that Mallorca has to offer.
Damage deposit of £500.00 is held by credit card prior to arrival and refunded after departure.

We had a lovely week in our villa. Everywhere was spotlessly clean when we arrived, including the swimming pool. We would highly recommend this villa - it is in a very good location for exploring the island. There are beautiful views of the hills and the mountains from the garden. The owners provided fantastic oranges and lemons from the trees in their garden which were a real treat!

Lovely villa. Pool excellent and outside area for eating was excellent. So good to have an outside kitchen area. All rooms very nice.
The location was stunning, a gorgeous spot right near the old town of Pollenca. A beautiful outdoor dining space and barbeque and pool. The house is absolutely charming and sits on a nice little bit of garden which was fun to explore. We saw lots of wild goats! We had an absolutely wonderful holiday here with our three year old twins and another couple of friends. The beds were surprisingly comfy, everything was very clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pots and pans.
20 minutes walk from the beautiful village of Pollenca and yet surrounded by nature. A wonderful little oasis for those looking for some peace and quiet. Uncomplicated check-in, the hosts come 1x a week and bring fresh towels, they are very friendly and accommodating. Great little pool and everything you need for a relaxing holiday. A small note: a basic set of spices (salt, pepper) would be wonderful.Thanks for the great stay, gladly again!
We wanted to express our full satisfaction with our recent stay. The place was even bigger than we imagined and the location was just perfect.The only small downside was the hot water, but agent was extremely responsive and resolved the issue in our absence, which was much appreciated. Excellent Villa with great outdoor spaces and peaceful location but also very close to Pollenca (walkable.. though be careful as no pavement!) & 15min taxi drive to Puerto de Pollenca. Would stay here again!! Pool was very welcome as the days were hot, hot, hot!!!
Beautiful area and the garden was stunning. We used the outdoor kitchen every night and loved sitting outside with the backdrop of the mountain behind. The house was very dark though and only one sofa so no chance of sitting together as a family inside unless around the dining table which was a downside. However the views in the morning and the surrounding countryside and proximity to the town and beach more than made up for it.
Villa is not centrally located. Nevertheless, you have good opportunities to go shopping (Lidl is only a few meters away). A beautiful quiet area, where you also have your peace but can still see a lot. Communication was great because the company was always easily accessible! Can highly recommend the villa. Rather suitable for good weather, as the entrance is not as cozy as you imagine at a villa. Nevertheless, good bedrooms and a living room to sit together.
We went to two families with 4 young children on the last week of October 2023. The Villa is located high up and offers magnificent views on all floors, what an eye pleasure. The place is super quiet and peaceful while being close to Pollença where shopping and strolling is a real pleasure (we fell in love with this village). We took advantage of the barbecue and terrace. The most adventurous have dared the pool... The staff who maintain the place is adorable and the agency answered our two questions always quickly. Thank you
We had a relaxing stay at Can Jaume La Font. It is a rustic traditional villa set in a very quiet area. Easy walk into Pollenca and a short drive to Port de Pollenca.
Everything was very clean and there was a lovely pool.
Communication from vidavillas was excellent with all enquiries dealt with promptly and efficiently we would be happy to use again.
We were worried about traveling in the current covid climate with all the required documentation/testing but everything went very smoothly and we had a fab holiday!!
We particularly liked the cleanliness of the finca. The house is very spacious, has a great pool and was overall bigger than we expected.It is definitely suitable for a holiday with six guests.A highlight are the fresh oranges in the garden!
Our group had a great week. Large, spacious villa inside and outside with comfortable modern facilities. Large pool, slightly chillier than we might of hoped but that is likely due to time of year we were there.Very central to local shops, restaurants and beaches. Highly recommend this villa for group holidays.

Stunning grounds overlooking the mountains and very secluded. Made good use of the private swimming pool and barbecue. Not too far a walk to the centre of town.

The villa was big inside and accommodated all 6 people. The outdoor space and pool were good and enough for us all. The villa had everything we needed for our week-long stay. The bathrooms could do with updating if am honest especially one of the show heads. Aircon was on at night which was perfect. The location is just on the main road so you could hear the cars but we expected that. You could easily walk to the port/beach in 20 minutes max. The supermarket was about 10/15 mins away on foot. We all had a fab time and for the money, I cannot grumble at all.
