This two storey villa has been furnished in local traditional Majorcan style. The main entrance door leads into a spacious combined living/dining room with wood beamed ceiling. There are two comfortable sofas and an armchair for those who wish to relax and watch TV, and also a dining table and chairs.
From here there is a large separate kitchen furnished in dark wood and has a breakfast table and door to the rear terrace. There is a gas hob and electric oven, coffee machine, microwave and fridge/freezer.
A staircase from the lounge/dining area leads to the first floor where all the bedrooms are located; there are two twin bedrooms with beamed ceilings and views over the countryside and a further double bedroom and one single room. All the bedrooms share two full bathrooms.
Outside there is a furnished and covered terrace with built in barbeque and views over the pool, and beyond the the Puig de María mountain next to Pollensa and the higher peaks behind.

Great Location, nice pool, agency was very helpful. the house is a bit dated and would need some touch ups here or there.
Nice quiet place, good for retreating, pans in the kitchen would still be good.But aside from this little thing, everything was tip top. Lidl is nearby (by car) .Host very friendly and responds quickly. Glad to come back!
The pool, the silence and peace, the view of the mountains
Communication with the property was very good at all times, providing everything you need upon our arrival. The house in general lines is fine, highlighting the pool and barbecue as an added value. However, not having air conditioning is very noticeable and despite having fans, it is very hot.
The location was perfect, isolated down a very quiet road but 15 minute walk into Pollenca. The views were exceptional across open fields. The villa was very clean, nicely fitted out, lovely pool though too cold for us! Appreciated no notices telling us what we could and couldn't do.

Very nice location in the middle of the fields, very quiet, well located in relation to the tourist sites. Large covered terraces and large pool, no immediate neighbor. Pretty typical house with two independent bathrooms. Four rooms, two with double bed, one with two single beds, the last very small with single bed.
Communication with the rental agency during the corona situation was great. You get answers within minutes. The villa was very clean and beautiful.
The finca is very stylishly furnished. The pool, the terraces and the house are clean. Even a washing machine is available.

We had a great week at Francisca!The check-in worked out superbly and the nice team was even able to check us in significantly earlier! The house is perfect for relaxing from everyday stress and is located in the countryside and only a few minutes drive to the beautiful old town of Alcudia. The weather was really great for May, so we actually only spent in the big garden. The pool was nice and refreshing. We were particularly pleased with the table tennis table!We will be happy to come back :)
We have stayed in many villas across Europe over the years but this one is without doubt one of the best, if not the best we have ever found. It’s super comfortable and the attention to detail is second to none, it felt like we were staying in a five star boutique hotel, beautiful decor and furnishings.The location is perfect, being in the heart of the old town in Pollença yet beside a peaceful and quiet square.A fully equipped kitchen meant staying in and cooking for the family was a real pleasure yet we were within a few minutes walk of wonderful restaurants and cafés in the old town, so no worry about who’s driving for the evening. Lots of great walks nearby and the beautiful beaches of Port de Pollença only ten minutes drive away.We found it hard to leave and return home and will definitely be booking another holiday there soon. We were very lucky to find this amazing property.
Tolles Haus mitten in den Altstadtgassen von Pollenca. Das Haus liegt trotzdem sehr ruhig und weitestgehend uneinsehbar von der Nachbarschaft. Das Haus befindet sich in einem hervorragenden Zustand und ist toll ausgestattet mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Mit Pool und Klimaanlage war es auch bei großer Hitze jederzeit völlig einspannend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage in der altstadt bringt es mit sich, dass es manchmal schwierig ist Parkplätze in Nähe des Hauses zu finden, allerdings gibt es im Umkreis genügend Parkplätze.
Great house in the middle of the old town streets of Pollenca. The house is still very quiet and largely invisible from the neighborhood. The house is in excellent condition and is well equipped with great attention to detail. With the pool and air conditioning, it was always exciting, even in extreme heat. We felt very comfortable. The location in the old town means that it is sometimes difficult to find parking near the house, but there are enough parking spaces in the area.
A beautiful villa in a peaceful area. The photos did not do the place justice, as it was a lot bigger in person. The garden area was stunning. Antonia was a great host, she was really helpful and very responsive. We would 100% stay again.
Outdoor area perfect to spend the whole day. Perfect location because you do not have neighbors and you are very calm.
We stayed there for our Easter break with our 2 young children. The apartment was as per pictures. Situated a stone throw from a beautiful beach. Puerto Pollensa and supermarkets only 10 minute drive away.
Gute Lage und gute Ausstattung
Absolutely fantastic villa with everything that you would ever need. The location was perfect with bars, restaurants and shops close enough to walk out to but far enough to avoid any noise. The beach was a steady 10min walk and the lagoon out front was great to take the kids with some bread to feed the fish with.The villa was very well equipped with some nice touches left by Kiko and his family as well as a nice surprise visit by them which was delicious and very nice of them. Each room had air conditioning and all modern equipment throughout.We spent a lot of time by the pool which was a lovely sun trap and very clean, I woke up one morning to see the pool man visiting to check the water quality. Plenty of sun lounges and the outside sofa was absolutely lovely to spend the early evening lounging about before getting ready to venture out. In the new times we are faced with the resort was sadly like a ghost town at times. I have to say that despite this there was a nice relaxed feel about it rather than the usual August mad rush wherever you went. Kiko had left face masks and hand gel and I have to say that not once, either in the villa or out and about, did we feel unsafe with regards to Covid. If anything we all felt safer in the villa and the resort than back home.We will be definitely back.
Beautiful Villa set in stunning gardens
The villa was beautiful. All the rooms were a great size with really spacious living and kitchen areas. It was walking distance to some nice restaurants and not too far from a supermarket either. The seating in the garden area was lovely. We would certainly recommend for a family holiday. The owner was very helpful and met us on arrival and made it clear we could contact him with any queries.

The villa was lovely. Welcome pack was a lovely touch. Everything you could possibly need was there when we arrived. Kettle, coffee machine, cot for my granddaughter, washing machine, airer, games, books. Felt like home!! Extremely clean, lovely en-suitesThe only negative was the road noise, but as we were out a lot of the time it didn’t matter. Would definitely recommend it truly is a lovely place to stay and the owners were very responsive to any questions. Thank you so very much
House was lovely! Pool area was a letdown to the house (very small and water was very very shallow so not suitable for swimming). Refurbishment on the house was great, though as travelling with small children floors were very very slippy when wet (including shower) and the stairs for top level dangerous (just made sure they didn’t go up there).Overall great house, but if you want to walk to Pollenca note that it’s all on roads (albeit country lanes). Pollenca itself was so lovely!

Everything was great
Quiet finca with beautiful garden and view of the mountains. Perfect for unwinding. Were there as a family with toddler for a week and we didn't miss anything. The pool was still a little too cold for April, as the weather wasn't that hot yet. Car is strongly recommended because otherwise you would have to walk a whole bit to the next town. The finca is secured by two lockable gates, so you are really very private. Amenities are great, enough pillows, blankets, etc., and nothing is missing in the kitchen. We loved it! Above all, we found the area around Pollença beautiful and less touristy than in the south of Mallorca. I'd love to come back!
