This two storey villa has been furnished in local traditional Majorcan style. The main entrance door leads into a spacious combined living/dining room with wood beamed ceiling. There are two comfortable sofas and an armchair for those who wish to relax and watch TV, and also a dining table and chairs.
From here there is a large separate kitchen furnished in dark wood and has a breakfast table and door to the rear terrace. There is a gas hob and electric oven, coffee machine, microwave and fridge/freezer.
A staircase from the lounge/dining area leads to the first floor where all the bedrooms are located; there are two twin bedrooms with beamed ceilings and views over the countryside and a further double bedroom and one single room. All the bedrooms share two full bathrooms.
Outside there is a furnished and covered terrace with built in barbeque and views over the pool, and beyond the the Puig de María mountain next to Pollensa and the higher peaks behind.

Great Location, nice pool, agency was very helpful. the house is a bit dated and would need some touch ups here or there.
Nice quiet place, good for retreating, pans in the kitchen would still be good.But aside from this little thing, everything was tip top. Lidl is nearby (by car) .Host very friendly and responds quickly. Glad to come back!
The pool, the silence and peace, the view of the mountains
Communication with the property was very good at all times, providing everything you need upon our arrival. The house in general lines is fine, highlighting the pool and barbecue as an added value. However, not having air conditioning is very noticeable and despite having fans, it is very hot.
The location was perfect, isolated down a very quiet road but 15 minute walk into Pollenca. The views were exceptional across open fields. The villa was very clean, nicely fitted out, lovely pool though too cold for us! Appreciated no notices telling us what we could and couldn't do.

Very nice location in the middle of the fields, very quiet, well located in relation to the tourist sites. Large covered terraces and large pool, no immediate neighbor. Pretty typical house with two independent bathrooms. Four rooms, two with double bed, one with two single beds, the last very small with single bed.
Communication with the rental agency during the corona situation was great. You get answers within minutes. The villa was very clean and beautiful.
The finca is very stylishly furnished. The pool, the terraces and the house are clean. Even a washing machine is available.

Wonderful traditional villa, located in the heart of the town right next to the Calvari Steps. Extremely spacious, furnished with endless pieces of antique ornaments - almost a museum in it's own right! Pool area an absolute gem, a little oasis in the heart of town. Has everything you need, and more.We had a car, and although no parking at villa, the main car park is an easy 10 minute walk. Although we didn't have a problem parking, I imagine it could get very busy in the main season.Thouroughly enjoyed our week there.
We had such a lovely stay here! The villa feels so authentic and the outside area is perfect for those hot afternoons and relaxing.The kitchen is well equipped and all the rooms were good sizes.We had our daughter with us and both high chair and cot were provided with no problem.The information was provided in advance and was very in depth. Over all a fantastic stay!
Relaxing in wonderful scenery. We liked everything in the villa. It has a great location in complete peace, with great nature and yet you are in a few minutes in Pollenca. We were able to relax by the pool and enjoy the view of the surrounding countryside. The villa is spacious and can accommodate 4 people and is equipped with everything you need. The outdoor area is spacious, really nicely designed and has several areas with seating groups, even with a roof, so we always sat outside. The entire villa (including outdoor area) is well maintained and made it difficult to leave again.
We were 3 adults and 3 smaller children. The home is super convenient for grocery shopping, the bus and close to the airport. It was super easy to take the bus to other cities/beaches. We wanted to cook but lacked instructions for the oven, the text on the oven was worn off. Instructions for the washing machine were also missing. We had a lovely holiday and would like to recommend the house to others - please note that the house is in a small industrial area, but you don't experience that when you are inside the plot itself.
The villa was spotless on arrival, there were no instructions for the safe however this was resolved very quickly after contacting the agents. The kitchen is very well equipped, plenty of crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils. A slight negative is the barbecue, a purpose built brick one would be useful. The villages of Buger and Sa Pobla are close by. The Agroturisme Son Pons Hotel is worth a visit for a drink or dinner.
It is friendly and quiet, very close to the beach and with space to park. I would definitely come back.

Lovely stay at this villa. The property is pretty confusing to find, and we did have a slight mishap getting into the villa, where we ended up in the wrong place. It is really well located to cycle out from Pollensa to the mountains, and also quick into Port de Pollensa.

This is an excellent property in a beautiful location. It is a little out of town so very quiet but within east reach of local shops. The Villa is clean and well equipped. Great pool area. The host was very friendly, responsive and helpful. Overall, I cannot fault the place and would highly recommend.

The property is exactly as advertised, clean, spacious, luminous and a few steps from the beach. It is well equipped (we counted at least 3 different coffee machines according to how one would like to brew) and we appreciated a linen/towel change after a few days. We visited in low season, when the cove is very quiet in the evening and slept very well. Temperature being mild we did not use the A/C much, but seemed to be well set to cope with the summer heat. There was plenty of street parking, so we did not use the private underground garage where access is a bit tight if one comes with a long car, but manageable - come to that, one would need a car for more conspicuous shopping as the two small grocers in the cove do not carry much. A LIDL/EROSKI are within 5 minutes drive.We came to cycle and that's our second time in this part of the island we believe is perfectly located for good rides, low traffic and better air.We will most likely come back to one of the properties in this block.

We love Pollensa and have visited many times; our first 'stay' here in this lovely villa has has made it even more special - I am sure we will be back!

Lovely property, well equipped and maintained. Further from Pollensa than website indicated but we walked in several times. Garden and pool beautiful, lots of inflatables for the children and adults!! Table tennis a great addition. Beware of mosquitoes in the evening and come prepared with repellent. A great week sorry to be leaving. Ps more than one tea towel please
Great location with bus stop right outside the door for trips to other towns Spacious villa with big ensuite bedrooms. Outside space fantastic too. New sun loungers and umbrellas was good to see.Mid week clean service is nice. 2nd visit to this villa and it is a firm favourite of our family. Rattan comfy seats outside for maximum of 5 people when the villa sleeps 8, meant people had to sit on the harder chairs.
Beautiful house in a very quiet location. The host is very friendly and accommodating. For example, you can rob your vegetable garden next door for cooking. Well suited as a base for cycling training camp!

The outdoor space at the villa Can Canarves was wonderful and the pool was lovely. The indoor space was dark from the shutters which meant we all slept very well. The AC took a few days for us to figure out how to get it just right but it was lovely once we had. Kitchen was a little basic. Location was good, near shops, restaurants, Pollensa town and beaches but needed a hire car to make the most of it. Overall we had a very pleasant stay overall. Instructions were good, clear and agent was responsive to our queries.

Very confortable house in a beautiful garden. The place is very quiet and relaxing. It is countryside but close to shops and beaches (you need a car though). The house is well equipped for a perfect stay. Nice terraces around the house, large barbecue allow to really enjoy the ouside. And last but not least Luna, the cat of the house is very great host ;)
