Just steps from the main square, the villa offers easy access to Pollensa’s restaurants, cafés, and cultural attractions, allowing guests to fully immerse themselves in the village atmosphere.
Inside, the villa is both elegant and welcoming. A spacious living room features exquisite design and all modern amenities, while the independent, fully equipped kitchen and guest toilet complement the ground-floor layout. A discreet inner courtyard provides privacy and a tranquil space for al-fresco dining or a refreshing dip in the pool during warm summer days.
Upstairs, a terrace furnished with armchairs creates a serene retreat for reading, relaxing, or enjoying a drink while taking in the village surroundings. The villa has four stylish double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms. Main Features & Amenities:
In case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.
On check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a €150 fee will be charged for waste management.
30% deposit required to secure the reservation. Remaining balance must be paid 8 weeks before arrival
