Built with traditional honey-coloured stone, exposed wooden beams, and whitewashed interiors, the villa perfectly combines authentic Mallorcan charm with modern comforts. Cool stone floors and French doors help maintain a comfortable temperature throughout the summer.
On the ground floor, a spacious living and dining area with three sets of patio doors opens onto a covered terrace with an outdoor dining area, ideal for al-fresco meals. Relaxing sofas, satellite TV, and a DVD player provide the perfect space for unwinding after a day exploring the area. The traditional-style kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including an oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, and kettle.
Villa Alba Marc has four elegant bedrooms, each with its own bathroom or shower. The ground-floor bedroom opens directly onto the garden terrace, while upstairs rooms have access to balconies or an upper terrace with magnificent countryside views. All rooms are bright, airy, and stylishly designed.

In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.
On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.
30% deposit required to secure the reservation. Remaining balance must be paid 8 weeks before arrival
