Villa Anivor accommodates up to eight guests across four bedrooms. On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms sharing a bathroom, making this level ideal for couples or guests who prefer fewer stairs. Upstairs, you’ll find a further double bedroom and a single bedroom, along with two additional shower rooms. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, ensuring comfort during the warmer summer months.
Outside, the villa offers excellent outdoor living space. The private swimming pool is set within a spacious terrace and garden area, perfect for sunbathing, swimming or simply relaxing with a book. We loved our stay here, so peaceful and quiet, the pool is lovely and the space was great with 5 adults we never felt over crowded,You definitely need a car for shopping and sightseeing it has lovely walks for the cooler days, We would definitely recommend a stay in this beautiful part of the island.

Beautiful, villa in a quiet environment, in the countryside and not overlooked with views of the mountains. The outside is very well maintained with a lovely Pool. The interior is comfortable with large bedrooms and closets. Communication with hosts is easy and is very responsive to respond. The person who maintains the villa owns the adjoining garden and will be sure to offer you some of their vegetables or fruits. Ideally located north of the island, a few km from alcudia, pollenca and the beautiful chains of the tramuntana.
The finca was very neat, clean and modern. Everything was there what we needed. Especially nice is the spacious outside area and the pool. Cooking together is super nice in the beautiful kitchen. The communication with the host was easy and we always received a competent answer quickly. All in all everything was very good! We had a great vacation - gladly again. Thanks a lot!

Easy to find with directions provided, the villa was clean and all in good order. Two fridge freezers which was very handy. Lovely pool and the surrounding area, nice comfy beds and plenty of blankets as it does get chilly October time. Close to two big supermarkets. lovey covered bbq area .

Carpe Diem is a beautiful place with outstanding views. The style of the place is elegant and simple with quality furniture - just the way we like it. The host is easy to communicate with and did everything to make our stay nice. The location is very good, only a few km from Port Pollenca in a very quiet neighborhood away from the hustle in town.
Our family loved the place and would love to come back once again some time.
The villa was lovely. Welcome pack was a lovely touch. Everything you could possibly need was there when we arrived. Kettle, coffee machine, cot for my granddaughter, washing machine, airer, games, books. Felt like home!! Extremely clean, lovely en-suitesThe only negative was the road noise, but as we were out a lot of the time it didn’t matter. Would definitely recommend it truly is a lovely place to stay and the owners were very responsive to any questions. Thank you so very much

What a super find. The apartment is in an ideal location close to the restaurants, bars and the beach. The apartment is clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The recommended taxi service, Rafa and Pedro were great and on time. The pool was ideal and clean within nice grounds. Parking outside the apartment was fine. There’s a nice walk around the small nature reserve, which is next to the property. The host was helpful and checked in with us to make sure everything was ok. Nice gesture and appreciated with the food and drinks on arrival. Would definitely stay and recommend this accommodation.

The villa is in a peaceful location but within a short drive you can get to the picturesque towns of Polenca and Alcudia where there are interesting places to visit plus lots of good restaurants and shops and weekly markets. The villa was a great place to stay and as a base to visit the lovely island of Mallorca.
