Villa Anna Maria Andtrat is a spacious and attractive holiday villa set in a peaceful hillside position above Port d’Andratx, one of Mallorca’s most exclusive and picturesque resorts. Surrounded by pine trees and enjoying far-reaching views across the harbour, this is a superb villa for guests seeking privacy, comfort and easy access to the South West coast.
The villa offers bright, well-planned accommodation with an open-plan living and dining area opening directly onto the terrace, creating an easy indoor-outdoor flow for summer living. Large patio doors bring in plenty of natural light, while the comfortable seating area, dining space, Smart TV and Sonos sound system make it a welcoming base for families or friends.
The kitchen is fully equipped for a self-catering stay and includes modern appliances, with a separate laundry room adding extra convenience for longer holidays.
Outside, the private pool is ideal for cooling off on warm Mallorcan days, and there are sun loungers, pool towels, a BBQ and an outdoor dining area for relaxed al fresco meals with a wonderful backdrop of sea, harbour and mountain views. Pool heating may also be available on request at an additional charge.
The main house offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Two king bedrooms are located on the entrance level, while upstairs you’ll find the impressive master suite with four-poster bed, dressing area, en suite bathroom and lovely harbour views, plus a twin bedroom and further bathroom. An optional separate 5th bedroom with en suite bathroom is available for larger groups at extra cost.
Port d’Andratx, with its waterfront restaurants, boutiques, marina and attractive coves, is just a short drive away. A car is recommended for this villa.

A very pleasant stay in a property full of Mediterranean Character close to centre of Pollensa. Plenty of space for a family of 5. Very nice bathrooms/showers and lovely Master bedroom with huge comfortable bed. The single beds were unfortunately not so good. Ok for young children but not adults or my teenagers! Yes parking is quite tricky near the villa, but there were always spaces on the edge of town. Overall, a great holiday over Easter for an active family. We really enjoyed exploring Northern Majorca. Would definitely return to Pollensa.
Vida Villas Response: The single beds have now been replaced by brand new very comfortable beds at the property. We are happy to advise the best places to find parking, it can be tricky especially after 18.00 when the locals start to return in their cars. Parking is free which is a bonus as not many holiday towns have this facility offered without charge.
Very good starting point with fantastic views between Pollenca and Alcúdia. Communication, check in, absolutely hassle-free. A randomly fancy pool lighting was easily repaired by a very nice service technician. We had a wonderful stay here, which suited our requirements perfectly. Inside and out was spotlessly clean with not so much as a single bit of gravel in the back garden and around the pool. There were some nice decorative touches with the quirky iron ornaments around the villa. Not only would we be more than happy to stay there again, but in another life if we had the finca as our home it would be our idyll.
The space is spacious for a family of five and as described. It is well located but I recommend a car. The lockbox is convenient to arrive and leave the listing at any time when you have a plane that takes off or lands in the night.
The garden in April is beautiful with lemon trees and orange trees full of fruit. There are also beautiful olive trees and other fruit trees.
This house is brilliant! It's absolutely huge, spacious rooms, all very comfy with high quality linens, towels etc. Spotlessly clean. Awesome pool and outside area! The host is fantastic! Went above and beyond to help us and ensure we were happy. Very impressed! Would definitely return!

About the holiday: We were very happy with Finca Can Roca. The house and garden were incredibly beautiful and exactly as we hoped judging after the pictures in the internet. It was very well equipped and there was a good atmosphere in the house also in bad weather which we had sometimes. There were some minor problems with the swimming pool because of too much chlorine and the hot water supply was reduced after heavy rainfalls, but the manager was extremely swift in helping. We were positively surprised how effectively he looked after everything and how he reacted to our calls almost immediately. Thank you very much for that. Our teenage girls were most happy about the bathrooms. And all the children were very happy about the variety of rooms which were all pleasant, beautiful and cosy. We could always warmly recommend the house the area and of course Vida Villas:-).
Great place for at holiday - exellent location for adult and small children, close to a very nice beach. The apartment was clean and the owner provided good customer service when needed (Thanks). I can recommend the apartment to couples and families with small children.
Great setting for the holiday for a large group
Lovely pool - beautiful surroundings - plenty of room for the large family group. The setting for a wonderful holiday is perfect. Pollenca itself is cozy with the stairs (365 steps) up to the chapel.
I brought myself and my family on holiday here in October half ter. We had a great time. Colin arranged someone to collect us at the airport and take us to the Apartment. Everything was spot on, clean tidy, plenty of towels etc. The apartments are a couple of meters to the beach and a few minutes to the main square of Puerta Pollensa. There are so many restauarnats to choose from you really are spoilt for choice. The only downside was that we were only there for a week. Definately recomend to anyone with kids, large safe beach, very family orientated place, no rowdy revellers. Perfect, would like to come back in the summer for a bit longer. Great location.
