Access is via a picturesque rural path leading to the car park and main entrance. Inside, a stone arch opens into a spacious living and dining area, with patio doors leading to a covered terrace and the pool area. The fully equipped kitchen includes a practical utility room with washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
The villa has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms: the master with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, and three bedrooms with two single beds each. Two additional bathrooms serve the remaining bedrooms and living areas.
Outside, the gardens feature expansive lawns, palm trees, and a traditional Mallorcan stone barbecue with a covered terrace, ideal for al-fresco dining. The generous L-shaped swimming pool with Roman steps is surrounded by lawn and sun loungers, offering a perfect space to relax and soak up the Mallorcan sun.
