The villa sits on a small street with direct access to the sea, just a three-minute walk (around 250 m) away. The surroundings are perfect for scenic coastal walks along the cove and enjoying the beauty of Mallorca’s northern coast. Thanks to its excellent location, a car is not essential. However, we recommend hiring one to explore Mallorca’s stunning coves, beaches, and charming inland towns at your own pace.
Damage deposit of £500.00 is held by credit card prior to arrival and refunded after departure.

We stayed at the Villa for a week in May 2024. The garden area is beautiful and has a large pool (cold). Plenty of sun loungers for 6 people and various outdoor areas to eat or linger. One of the three bathrooms is located in the outdoor area (wc and shower), the other two bathrooms (one with bathtub and one with shower) is located inside. The villa is also great for kids as it has a trampoline, swing and table tennis table in the garden.We rented bikes in Pollenca for the whole week and rode with them from the villa to the beach in Port de Pollenca (journey time: 12 min).The villa was clean and the contact very straightforward. If something is missing or no longer works, someone will come by to replace it. Great service. We would definitely book the villa again and had a wonderful vacation here.

Fantastic villa in a secluded area surrounded by nature and a 10 minute drive to the beach. It also has a superb rooftop terrasse with incredible views. We loved it.

Amazing location and wonderful house. Big pool and right next to a quiet beach! So perfect!
We had a wonderful stay here, which suited our requirements perfectly. Inside and out was spotlessly clean with not so much as a single bit of gravel in the back garden and around the pool. There were some nice decorative touches with the quirky iron ornaments around the villa. Not only would we be more than happy to stay there again, but in another life if we had the finca as our home it would be our idyll.
Lovely villa ideal for families or like us a group of couples who just to wind down,no stress very quiet which is just what we wanted,.
Location was excellent, quiet but an easy walk into Pollença. Perfect for a couple and well equipped with all the essentials.
Like a previous review stated “Overall the villa was good but a few things would have made it excellent”. We, as a group of 9 adult male cyclists, found the villa to be ideal. The outside space was great. Perfect for winding down after a day in the saddle. Inside there was plenty of room although the kitchen could get a bit crowded at times. It’s a little out of town but still only a 25 – 30 minute brisk walk. If numbers dictate I would have absolutely no hesitation in renting this villa again.
Nice house in a quiet neighborhood close to everything. Super comfy and beautiful outdoor amenities. Comfortable bedding and beautiful living spaces. Just the hood and a defective sink. For the rest, very clean house. Impeccable communication with host. I would recommend and would definitely come back. Very nice touches: breakfast kit on arrival, bath sheets changed mid-stay, manicured garden and cleaned pool.

I stayed at Colin's lovely home in Ses Illetas for 4 nights with my sister, niece, mum and Auntie for a family birthday get-away. Firstly, the house is beautiful and the photos do not do it justice. The villa is huge - we kept finding rooms! - and the bedrooms are so spacious. It's such a treat to have an en suite bathroom for every bedroom. The villa is also incredibly well-equipped - there's not a kitchen gadget that it doesn't have..! Secondly, the outdoor area is stunning. The pool is a very good size with beautiful views - we loved watching the cruise ships coming into Palma each day. It was so relaxing to watch the sun go down over the garden and access our semi-private beach for a cooling dip in the Med. Thirdly, the location is perfect. Everything you could want is within walking distance and there are some fabulous restaurants nearby. There is a bus service into Palma right outside the villa and it's so easy to get around. Lastly, communication with Colin was quick and thorough, and being met at the villa by Francoise when we arrived and again when we left was a pleasure. We were so sad to leave and are already trying to find a way to get back over. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay in Mallorca. Great Spot
Thanks to Vida Villas for providing excellent service before and during our stay. Everything was as described, beautiful, clean and great location for getting to the beach and close to restaurants. We came for cycling and we had the best time, road here are absolutely first class. There is a Pizza restaurant just a minutes walk away with good food. Weather was superb, did not expect to get it so good in October. Thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely be back next year.
We really love polllença and the townhouse was a great spot to stay and access all it has to offer. The pool is the perfect size for a dip to escape the mid day heat or a relaxing way to end the day. All the bedrooms and bathrooms are well equipped, although a couple are a little snug. The top floor is a really love place to be. An oasis within an oasis, the perfect spot for a pre dinner sundowner! We would certainly come back here for another jaunt into Pollença
Very nice, clean and quiet house in driving distance from Alcudia and Pollenca. Great place for a family to relax - also great for smaller children.
Perfect private family get away, in beautiful surroundings. Lovely private location but only a 5 minute drive to the main town. the grounds and pool were wonderful. It’s a little outdated inside but we did like the traditional feel.
We were looking for a Spring Get-away for two families and after some research chose the house which is situated just outside Pollensa. The property was as described and the garden area was a lot larger than that shown on the photos. Our little boy , aged 2 1/2, loved running around and exploring. The location was secure with gates at the front of the property. The fittings and furniture were of a high standard and the various seating areas around the property meant that there was space to escape and gain some quiet time if required. The owner was there to greet us when we arrived and provided a tour of the facilities , he also provided some really useful advice about the local area. In addition there was information provided with the villa that gave some more hints and tips for good restaurants and things to do in the locality and beyond. We had no problems during our stay , however if we had, having met and spoken with Colin. I had confidence that any issues would have ben resolved swiftly. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property it was lovely and just what we were looking for. It is Situated about 1km outside Pollensa on a quiet road and so I would recommend that that having a car would be worthwhile to make the most of the location. The nearest Beach is about 4 km and we managed to visit a number of them during our stay as well as markets in Pollensa and Alcudia.
Casa Torres is a lovely townhouse in an excellent location for walking into the centre of Pollensa, Very comfortable interior and the outside space is relaxing, with a nice pool. Jose (the owner) who comes to service pool is friendly.
