The entrance opens into a warm and welcoming open-plan living and dining area, fully equipped with Satellite TV and high-speed Wi-Fi. The independent, fully-fitted kitchen—featuring a dishwasher, oven, and microwave—flows seamlessly onto the furnished barbecue terrace, making alfresco dining effortless. A separate utility room houses the laundry facilities for added convenience.
The ground floor features two beautifully appointed bedrooms: a spacious twin room with fitted wardrobes and the master double suite. The master suite includes a private en-suite bathroom which, thanks to a clever "jack-and-jill" layout, is also accessible from the main hallway.

The villa was as described; very clean, good facilities including wifi, lots of kitchen items, utensils and cooking facilities, very peaceful and quiet, with beautiful surroundings. We really enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable. Couple of cons; it was quite difficult to find in the dark when we first arrived and we were plagued by mosquitos. So take a good sat nav or phone maps and insect repellent!

The location and facilities in this property are second to none. It's great for visiting the beautiful old town of Pollensa and then escaping the heat by relaxing by the pool in peace and quiet. It's an old property with multiple levels and some steep stairs so may not suit everyone.
Large house with a great pool near the beach. The furnishings of the house are a bit dated and should be renovated in the near future.

Wow! A fabulous house in a fantastic location, just minutes walk from the main square with restaurants etc. Roof top so lovely that we didn't use the downstairs kitchen at all, just lived outside the whole time. Bedrooms and bathrooms also good. Parking and driving in narrow streets a bit tricky but car park in town not too far. Would definitely return to Calle Bou!!

Second year stay at Finca Morell Vall (2022 & 2023) and wonderful time had again. Great space for a group/large family (10 of us). Look forward to next year.
We had a great week staying in this property just outside Pollensa. All descriptions were accurate and all amenities provided. The finca is well maintained and the gardens lovely with lots of spots for relaxing. It was really useful to have plenty local information provided in advance. Pollensa is such a beautiful place and having been several times it never disappoints. The Sunday market is a must.
Lovely, spacious traditional Mallorcan finca
Everything was great in principle. The finca was clean and the most necessary thing you need was available. The pool was very good as it had two depth areas. The ants come if you leave food out. Shortcomings: There should be more umbrellas available. Only one available, but you could move the different levels.Two of the six beds are rather hard.Would go back to this finca at any time. We spent our vacation together as a group of friends in this house. Communication with the agency was great, as it was also possible via WhatsApp. The house was very clean and, above all, large. It is located in the middle of the city. This resulted in the only disadvantage: the streets are very narrow and there is no possibility of parking next to the house. However, there is a public parking lot a 5-minute walk away.
Superbly located finca close to Pollenca. Large parking space directly at the finca, but this is not easy to reach with a larger car. Great outdoor area with lounge corner, pool and real pizza oven (for heating you have to plan 3h). The Finca is also suitable early in the year, as it is heatable. Everything is very clean, large fully equipped kitchen, spacious living/dining area, modern bathroom. But this is also the case in other parts of the island. We can thoroughly recommend the finca.
