Large entrance gates open onto a private driveway leading to the villa. The front door welcomes you into a spacious open-plan lounge and dining area, elegantly furnished with cream-coloured sofas, a stylish dining table, and a modern American-style fitted kitchen. Large French doors flood the space with natural light and open onto a vast covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool, complete with wide Roman steps.
On the ground floor, there is a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a double bedroom, and a separate shower room. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where you will find a further twin bedroom and a double bedroom featuring a picture window with lovely views across the gardens. These bedrooms share a family shower room.
Throughout Villa Can Santo, the décor is tasteful and contemporary, complemented by high-quality fixtures and fittings to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay.
Outside, the generously sized private pool is surrounded by lawns, mature hibiscus trees, shrubs, and Mediterranean flowers, creating a peaceful and colourful setting. Adjacent to the pool is a superb covered barbecue terrace, ideal for entertaining, relaxing, and enjoying al fresco meals with family and friends.
With stunning views of the Tramuntana mountains in the background, the pool and garden area provides a tranquil retreat, perfect for long, leisurely days under the warm Mallorcan sun.

It’s wonderfully secluded, but you’ll definitely need a car to explore the nearby towns and beaches, which are just a short drive away.If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat that feels like a home away from home, we couldn’t recommend this villa more. We had an amazing stay at this lovely finca. If you are looking for peace and quite (no neighbours) in all comfort but still close to the beach this place comes highly recommended. Owner is a lovely guy and the hosts are extremely service minded, fast in communication and do everything to make your stay perfect. All the stars from us.

Great villa with beautiful entrance area and well-kept rooms. The pool area with a table tennis and pool table is also very successful. The kitchen is a bit old and rather small. Villa is quiet but still central. Thank you for the pleasant stay, we can highly recommend the villa.
Beautiful house with a superb garden and pool. Pollença only a few minutes away by car. Definitely recommend to stay. Great for a young family wanting a relaxed holiday.

A very nice finca. You definitely need a car. Unfortunately, we read too late that you could have gotten an electric car on site as well. We used the outdoor kitchen and the pool a lot. From here you can quickly get to Polenca, which is one of the most beautiful places on the island in consideration. There are some very good restaurants there. We also got to know the owner, Antonio, who looked for the garden. You can pick everything that is ripe there. Lemons, figs etc.

This is an excellent property in a beautiful location. It is a little out of town so very quiet but within east reach of local shops. The Villa is clean and well equipped. Great pool area. The host was very friendly, responsive and helpful. Overall, I cannot fault the place and would highly recommend.

Wow! A fabulous house in a fantastic location, just minutes walk from the main square with restaurants etc. Roof top so lovely that we didn't use the downstairs kitchen at all, just lived outside the whole time. Bedrooms and bathrooms also good. Parking and driving in narrow streets a bit tricky but car park in town not too far. Would definitely return to Calle Bou!!
Great location near some beautiful beaches. Spacious and clean. Air con was great. Very well equipped kitchen. Beds comfy. Especially liked the art which was a nice touch. There was nothing we didn't like. If I was being very picky we would have liked some extra pillows. However we didn't ask for any, I'm sure if we had someone would have got us some because everyone we met around the property was incredibly friendly and helpful.
Lovely home with a central location for a week's cycling. Super clean and tidy. Welcome pack with essentials such as milk, bread, tea, coffee and a bottle of wine was a nice touch. Beds were very comfortable and showers hot. Everything seemed brand new and true to the photographs. Managment team responded promptly to any queries, and was really helpful. The accommodation was in very quiet part of the old town, but within easy walking distance of all the restaurants and Plaça. This is not the place if you need to go by car as the streets are very narrow and there is no parking. There is parking on the edge of town, but the local bus service is frequent and reliable. 2 big supermarkets are within a 5 minute bike ride to stock up on provisions.We would most definitely stay here again.
The property is located in a quiet area which is fully equipped. It is very clean and highly recommended. We have rented a car to visit the island from this property and then you really need a car.

We had a wonderful stay at this picturesque property. Extremely spacious, comfortable, with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Very safe walk into town, beautiful by moonlight on the way home. Quiet and peaceful, perfect place to unwind. Will definitely stay here again.
Everything is great! The location is great: 15-minute walk and you have several shops/restaurants - very close is the restaurant: Figueret -> recommendation!!The beach is only a minute away! The apartment was really very clean! And is also otherwise very well appointed. Only the light switches are a bit complicated - but they also provided fun moments. The pool is also well maintained and provided a nice cooling at felt 40°.All in all highly recommended!
