A short driveway leads to the house with side entrance under a covered terrace into a spacious and comfortably furnished lounge/dining room. This lovely room has a fireplace, beamed vaulted ceilings, TV, DVD player and patio doors onto the anterior pool terrace. The fitted kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, breakfast area and pantry. Separate laundry room with washing machine. From one end of the dining room is the air conditioned pretty master double bedroom with attractive en suite bathroom. A hallway leads from the dining area to a pretty twin bedroom with bathroom and a second twin bedroom with an adjacent full family bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning.
The swimming pool (9m x 4.5m) has steps into a shallow end for children and is set amongst spacious sun terraces and lawned gardens to the rear of the property. There is an outside shower by the pool and a childrens play area with swing. An attractive covered terrace offers plenty of shade and is a lovely spot for dining alfresco. Vine covered pérgola and a barbecue complete the outside area furnished for living, relaxing and dining in comfort.

We immediately felt comfortable. The garden is beautifully landscaped and very well maintained, so we were almost only outside. The dining table outside as well as the lounge are covered and all day in the shade. The nearby town of Pollensa is incredibly beautiful and several swimming coves can be reached quickly and easily.
Our stay was very nice. Especially the outdoor area and the pool, we enjoyed it very much.The house was clean and well maintained, but a bit old-fashioned from the inside. Somewhat disturbing we felt that in the distant neighborhood there was loud music every day and we had quite a lot of mosquitoes. But that has nothing to do directly with the accommodation.Except for these points, we enjoyed everything very much, the rooms are air-conditioned, the equipment was good and the privacy was also very appealing to us.
Perfect location for cycling holidays. We stayed here for 6 nights and enjoyed it a lot. We especially liked the garden with the pool and barbecue area.
We had a wonderful stay here, which suited our requirements perfectly. Inside and out was spotlessly clean with not so much as a single bit of gravel in the back garden and around the pool. There were some nice decorative touches with the quirky iron ornaments around the villa. Not only would we be more than happy to stay there again, but in another life if we had the finca as our home it would be our idyll.

Wonderful property in a quiet location between Port de Pollença and Pollença town. Contact with the host was easy and friendly. All required information about the house and check-in was provided early. Everything went smoothly. The property is clean and well maintained. The pool was a real rest at outside temperatures of 33 to 36 degrees. Overall, we felt very comfortable.
Very nice house with great garden and pool. Amenities and service very good, fast and very friendly communication. We lacked nothing.

Great, spacious, private villa! Car is essential, but we knew that before heading off. Which meant private and quiet!!! Agency were very responsive and very helpful with everything we asked of them!
The Casa Magdalen is fantastic. Our check in went smoothly due to the very good information we received in advance. The pool is very clean and has been cleaned regularly. The rooms and furniture are a bit outdated, but it's perfectly fine. There are plenty of utensils in the kitchen, everything works perfectly. The large property is beautiful, especially the orange trees and the many different flowers - our two-year-old son loved exploring here. Great is that the entire property is fully fenced. The barbecue corner with sink is also particularly beautiful. The garden shed with washing machine as well as another bathroom with shower is practical. The internet also works very well - but not on the entire property (which is self-evident for the size). All in all it was a wonderful holiday on a great finca. We'll be back.
In my dreams there’s an ideal villa where the owners have thought of everything. Well, dream no more, because this is probably as near as it gets. We loved the two pools, the colourful planting, the view across the fields, the sense of calm luxury - but it’s the attention to detail that makes this special. Everything you need to get started on your holiday straight away has been provided. Every time I looked for something, it was there. Hotels can’t compete with thoughtful owners. Ten of us stayed, but privacy was no problem even in such a large group, thanks to the way the levels are arranged. Cooking was fun, with excellent kitchen facilities. This could become a favourite spot.
We had a lovely stay at the Encisa. We loved the pool area and the outside dining, this is probably where we spent most of our time. It was easy to find and the sign on the drive helped a lot at night. We felt very relaxed thank you
Great house in the middle of the old town streets of Pollenca. The house is still very quiet and largely secluded from the neighborhood. The house is in excellent condition and is well equipped with great attention to detail. With a pool and air conditioning, it was always completely comfortable, even in the heat. We felt very comfortable. The location in the old town means that it is sometimes difficult to find parking spaces near the house, but there are enough parking spaces in the area.
Had a wonderful week here as a family with our university aged children. The beach was on the doorstep and was beautiful, loads of fish to watch as you swim. The house was great, everything you needed for a holiday but not so high end you felt you couldn't relax. The outside space was brilliant for sitting, sunbathing and eating and the bbq was frequently used. You could tell it was the end of the season with some of the interior, but it didn't impact the holiday. Having air-con really made a difference. Was lovely to have the towels changed mid week. The pool was excellent too and used every day. Not a lot to see and do in Cala San Vicence so would recommend a car if you want to do more than just beach and pool. Pepe's bar is wonderful for inexpensive excellent food and right on the doorstep to the villa. Would definitely come back here. Avoid the local pharmacy, lots better and far cheaper elsewhere.
What I liked most about this house was especially the exterior: the garden, the beautiful plants, the very clean swimming pool and the kitchen which is outside. The interior is a bit old, except the first floor which is nicer. What really mattered to me was the exterior since we spend most of our time there. There is a fairly busy road in front of the house. This was not mentioned. Fortunately the house has air conditioning because it is very hot in the bedrooms. Lack of dishes. We had an excellent week in this house. It is located very close to the center of Pollensa.

Beautiful finca in a relaxing surrounding close to Pollenca. We loved the pool and the great views of the mountains. The garden smells like heaven and the communication with the team is very fast and convenient.
Lovely clean villa right in the middle of town. The courtyard garden was sunny in the mornings and lovely and shady in the afternoons. Perfect for cooling down and the kids absolutely loved the pool.
The villa was perfect for our group of 11 girls had everything we needed. Twenty mins walk to shops and a half hour to resort. Would definitely recommend.
A most enjoyable and memorable holiday in your gorgeous villa. So well equipped, we wanted for nothing. We particularly loved the outside kitchen and & facilities & thoroughly enjoyed our Bar-B-Q's there.

Great setting for the holiday for a large group
Lovely pool - beautiful surroundings - plenty of room for the large family group. The setting for a wonderful holiday is perfect. Pollenca itself is cozy with the stairs (365 steps) up to the chapel.
This place is just amazing! We really felt at home with our 2 little ones. The location is perfect, quiet but very close to a lot of nice places. The swimmingpool is great and the house has everything you need. The owner came the day after we arrived to ask if everything was alright. We said that everything was great, however it seemed that the mattresses were a bit old. They ordered new ones straight away and the next day there were brand new mattresses on each bed. Very very kind and such a good hospitality. We will come back for sure!
We spent a week at the vacation house. Nice location, close to the beach, enough space for a family of 4.
