A short driveway leads to the house with side entrance under a covered terrace into a spacious and comfortably furnished lounge/dining room. This lovely room has a fireplace, beamed vaulted ceilings, TV, DVD player and patio doors onto the anterior pool terrace. The fitted kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, breakfast area and pantry. Separate laundry room with washing machine. From one end of the dining room is the air conditioned pretty master double bedroom with attractive en suite bathroom. A hallway leads from the dining area to a pretty twin bedroom with bathroom and a second twin bedroom with an adjacent full family bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning.
The swimming pool (9m x 4.5m) has steps into a shallow end for children and is set amongst spacious sun terraces and lawned gardens to the rear of the property. There is an outside shower by the pool and a childrens play area with swing. An attractive covered terrace offers plenty of shade and is a lovely spot for dining alfresco. Vine covered pérgola and a barbecue complete the outside area furnished for living, relaxing and dining in comfort.

We immediately felt comfortable. The garden is beautifully landscaped and very well maintained, so we were almost only outside. The dining table outside as well as the lounge are covered and all day in the shade. The nearby town of Pollensa is incredibly beautiful and several swimming coves can be reached quickly and easily.
Our stay was very nice. Especially the outdoor area and the pool, we enjoyed it very much.The house was clean and well maintained, but a bit old-fashioned from the inside. Somewhat disturbing we felt that in the distant neighborhood there was loud music every day and we had quite a lot of mosquitoes. But that has nothing to do directly with the accommodation.Except for these points, we enjoyed everything very much, the rooms are air-conditioned, the equipment was good and the privacy was also very appealing to us.
Perfect location for cycling holidays. We stayed here for 6 nights and enjoyed it a lot. We especially liked the garden with the pool and barbecue area.
We had a wonderful stay here, which suited our requirements perfectly. Inside and out was spotlessly clean with not so much as a single bit of gravel in the back garden and around the pool. There were some nice decorative touches with the quirky iron ornaments around the villa. Not only would we be more than happy to stay there again, but in another life if we had the finca as our home it would be our idyll.

Wonderful property in a quiet location between Port de Pollença and Pollença town. Contact with the host was easy and friendly. All required information about the house and check-in was provided early. Everything went smoothly. The property is clean and well maintained. The pool was a real rest at outside temperatures of 33 to 36 degrees. Overall, we felt very comfortable.
Very nice house with great garden and pool. Amenities and service very good, fast and very friendly communication. We lacked nothing.

Beautiful finca, great view, great garden and a very large pool. We found everything we needed. You definitely need a car and the finca is only accessible by a narrow path, so the finca as well as the surroundings are also very quiet

The villa is great, and it's just a short walk to town, but the outside space is truly magical. It's an incredible setting, gardens are incredible, just a great place to be.

Wonderful house with all facilities you need: comfortable beds, more than enough bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. There is a lot of greenery around the house and is the lovely private pool. In terms of location, it's top: you look out on the mountains, with 5 minutes drive you are in the nice center of pollenca and the nearest beach is 8 minutes drive. The most beautiful beaches are a little further away, which are an hour's drive away.
Had a lovely stay, the villa is located in a very peaceful and picturesque spot but not far from local towns and things to do. The villa is very spacious and well equipped also. A car is definitely required for your stay but this is clearly stated by the host
Thank you for our lovely stay in Tintorer, an older more traditional Spanish villa. Everyone we contacted or met were helpful and flexible, especially as we had additional needs for our baby granddaughter. The villa is about 15 minutes walk from the supermarket ( and the nearest recycling!) and 20 minutes from the seafront. Its rural setting beneath the dramatic backdrop of hills and surrounded by trees, flowers, birds and horses added to the pleasures of staying there. We had a thunderstorm during our stay with a major dump of Sahara sand, however the maintenance person made an extra visit to clean the pool - thank you.If you are looking for a modern flashy villa then this is not for you. If you like character then it may be what you are looking for.
The stay was very good. Starting from the communication of the administration before check-in to the cleanliness of the finca until check out. The finca is within walking distance of Pollenca. Location is good and very quiet. The immediate neighbors do not bother and you will not get it. There were three of us in the accommodation and everyone had plenty of space. There is a pool, BBQ, and a house. Very good we found the change of towels and a small complete cleaning of the finca after 4 days. Negative were that upon our arrival there were no "small basic equipment", such as cleaning products, rags, dishwasher tablets, spices, oil or toilet paper. However, the criticism is high standard as we know it from other fincas. The missing air conditioning was not needed. Overall, I would book the finca again for a short spontaneous trip!
We had a lovely stay. It was a fantastic villa, just what we needed. The kids loved the pool and the outside kitchen/eating area was absolutely perfect.
Great apartment in a perfect location
This is a great apartment in a near perfect location, only minutes from one of the best parts of e beautiful beach and many cafés, bars and restaurants of this wonderful resort.
The block is quiet but friendly and the property has all the facilities you would need as a base to get the most out of your holiday. The pool area is a great spot to enjoy the sun and on many days we had it to ourselves. The property was spotless and the service from Vida Villawas excellent. I would recommend this resort and this apartment without reservation. We traveled with our children aged 12 and 8 and the space was perfect.
This is an absolutely wonderful villa about 10 to 15mins walk from Pollensa along a quiet country lane. Everything about the villa was perfect. We had a wonderful time.

The property is exactly as advertised, clean, spacious, luminous and a few steps from the beach. It is well equipped (we counted at least 3 different coffee machines according to how one would like to brew) and we appreciated a linen/towel change after a few days. We visited in low season, when the cove is very quiet in the evening and slept very well. Temperature being mild we did not use the A/C much, but seemed to be well set to cope with the summer heat. There was plenty of street parking, so we did not use the private underground garage where access is a bit tight if one comes with a long car, but manageable - come to that, one would need a car for more conspicuous shopping as the two small grocers in the cove do not carry much. A LIDL/EROSKI are within 5 minutes drive.We came to cycle and that's our second time in this part of the island we believe is perfectly located for good rides, low traffic and better air.We will most likely come back to one of the properties in this block.

This is an exceptional villa in a lovely part of Majorca. The inside is very large with great areas to hang out and a very well equipped kitchen. Also, the sleeping areas are nicely (and very importantly) air conditioned. Its also great as the sleeping areas are effectively split in two, one area up one flight of stairs and the other up a different flight. This makes it perfect for two families as it gives them a bit of privacy with their own bathrooms etc. The outside is equally great. A lovely pool with a whole host of seating options around and about and even a table tennis table (although it was a bit too hot for us to manage much use of that). All in all, a great villa and I wouldn't hesitate to return.
A great house in a very nice location. Few steps to the sea. Also the pool is great. Communication with the landlord was friendly and quick. It was answered promptly. We would come back out.
Such a beautiful villa, simply stunning. We had the best time and the villa made that happen. The location is great only a short drive into town and Alcúdia also on the door step. Such a peaceful location and the everything you could possibly want is provided for you. Thank you very much.

Beautiful large villa in the most ideal location with the added bonus of a beach at the end of the garden! Walking distance to a range of restaurants, beaches and local amenities. We had a great time at the villa. Would most definitely like to visit again in the future.
