This charming stone built villa is situated in the peace and quiet of the Pollensa countryside. A covered terrace leads into the ground floor, opening onto a lounge/dining area with beamed ceilings.
Separated from the dining area by a large stone archway is the kitchen, with a large fridge/freezer, electric hob/oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
There is a shower room on the ground floor.
Stairs lead up to the first floor and a double bedroom and three twin bedded rooms plus two full bathrooms. All the bedrooms have air conditioning.
Outdoors the inviting swimming pool (9m x 4m) is surrounded by beautifully tended gardens, and the covered terraces are perfect for al fresco dining or for relaxing in the shade.

Great property, isolated and quiet location so you need a car, but great position between Pollenca and Port of Pollenca. Roomy, clean. Nice pool and gardens. Highly recommend. Easy in/out process and communications.
The villa was perfect, all the amenities you would need. The pool was clean and perfect temperature. The perfect family home for two weeks.
The house is perfect for a lovely family vacation. We had a lovely time, enjoying the pool, barbecue and beautiful surroundings. There is plenty of space and lots of country idyl, which was very appreciated. We will definitely give our best recommendations for anyone interested. :)

We had a great week at the Estern Finca and felt very comfortable there. The more than 100 year old finca has been lovingly renovated and is very well maintained.The pool in the middle of the beautiful outdoor area is a dream come true.There was everything you need for a relaxing holiday.The location of the complex is ideal, it is very quiet, but you are also very quickly on the beautiful beaches and in the surrounding cities.

Unfortunately, we were only able to spend 5 nights at the property. We would have liked to have stayed longer, but will definitely be back.
The outdoor space at the villa Can Canarves was wonderful and the pool was lovely. The indoor space was dark from the shutters which meant we all slept very well. The AC took a few days for us to figure out how to get it just right but it was lovely once we had. Kitchen was a little basic. Location was good, near shops, restaurants, Pollensa town and beaches but needed a hire car to make the most of it. Overall we had a very pleasant stay overall. Instructions were good, clear and agent was responsive to our queries.
Very convenient villa and good access to different sites. Beautiful garden and pool and very well maintained. The house is spacious. It lacks the back of the house (oil, vinegar, salt, laundry, …). The villa is located in a very nice but quite noisy rural area (dogs, roosters, donkeys, motoculators).
Great stay at this fabulous villa. Lovely pool, outside shower and WC was a big plus. Well equipped kitchen. Location is idyllic with outdoor veranda overlooking the pool and the mountain backdrop. Starry nights and lots of outdoor time spent in the gardens of this lovely villa. It is nearby Pollensa by car and short drive to supermarkets and amenities. 20mins to a fabulous beach too. Very good starting point with fantastic views between Pollenca and Alcúdia. Communication, check in, absolutely hassle-free. A randomly fancy pool lighting was easily repaired by a very nice service technician. This is an exceptional villa in a lovely part of Majorca. The inside is very large with great areas to hang out and a very well equipped kitchen. Also, the sleeping areas are nicely (and very importantly) air conditioned. Its also great as the sleeping areas are effectively split in two, one area up one flight of stairs and the other up a different flight. This makes it perfect for two families as it gives them a bit of privacy with their own bathrooms etc. The outside is equally great. A lovely pool with a whole host of seating options around and about and even a table tennis table (although it was a bit too hot for us to manage much use of that). All in all, a great villa and I wouldn't hesitate to return.

We felt very comfortable in this fantastically beautiful little finca, which offers everything you need during your vacation. Ideal for 2-3 people, as there are many areas where you can retreat. If you love it close to the nature, this is the place to be! We were accompanied by wonderful voices of nature (frogs in the small pond, seagulls, milane, pheasants)... with wide views over fields to the mountains, magical sunsets, in the garden of lemon and grape fruit trees, olives... almost like in paradise. Clear recommendation (if you have a car).
we loved our stay in Pollenca. the townhouse was in a great position with views across the town. It was well equipped and is spacious. Having both a pool and roof top terrace was great. easy walking distance to centre with restaurants and shopsWe chose to park in large free car parks and walk as streets are narrow. Agent was very responsive and quickly helped with a query on day one.
The rooms are well divided (over 2 floors). There is a kitchen with a dining table and you have plenty of seating outside. There is a small roof terrace for romantic evenings under the stars. What more could you want?!
The villa offers beautiful surroundings and high quality facilities. The rooms are spacious and well appointed, with elegant and modern decor. The kitchen is fully equipped, which is perfect for preparing meals for families or groups of friends. The outdoor space is well maintained and offers a pleasant space to relax. However, a downside is that the pool wasn't heated, which can be an inconvenience for those who like to swim in more temperate water. Despite this, the proximity of the villa to local shops, restaurants and attractions makes it a very convenient and pleasant place to stay.
We had a lovely stay at the house. Clean and with lots of amenities. Just a 10 minute drive to local towns. Quiet and private. Check in and out easy. Ping pong table and BBQ a nice touch.Just note that the track up to the house was fairly rough and uneven and this was not mentioned prior to arrival, so just be aware of this - if hiring a car choose a suitable one!

This house is brilliant! It's absolutely huge, spacious rooms, all very comfy with high quality linens, towels etc. Spotlessly clean. Awesome pool and outside area! The host is fantastic! Went above and beyond to help us and ensure we were happy. Very impressed! Would definitely return!

There were four of us visiting the finca. The place was perfect for cozy barbecues, relaxation by the pool and for a private atmosphere! Glad to come back!
Great stay, beautiful location and we got lucky with the weather !Few issues on the last day but Agent was quick to respond and so was the owner and issues were resolved by the end of the day.
