This charming stone built villa is situated in the peace and quiet of the Pollensa countryside. A covered terrace leads into the ground floor, opening onto a lounge/dining area with beamed ceilings.
Separated from the dining area by a large stone archway is the kitchen, with a large fridge/freezer, electric hob/oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
There is a shower room on the ground floor.
Stairs lead up to the first floor and a double bedroom and three twin bedded rooms plus two full bathrooms. All the bedrooms have air conditioning.
Outdoors the inviting swimming pool (9m x 4m) is surrounded by beautifully tended gardens, and the covered terraces are perfect for al fresco dining or for relaxing in the shade.

Great property, isolated and quiet location so you need a car, but great position between Pollenca and Port of Pollenca. Roomy, clean. Nice pool and gardens. Highly recommend. Easy in/out process and communications.
The villa was perfect, all the amenities you would need. The pool was clean and perfect temperature. The perfect family home for two weeks.
The house is perfect for a lovely family vacation. We had a lovely time, enjoying the pool, barbecue and beautiful surroundings. There is plenty of space and lots of country idyl, which was very appreciated. We will definitely give our best recommendations for anyone interested. :)

We had a great week at the Estern Finca and felt very comfortable there. The more than 100 year old finca has been lovingly renovated and is very well maintained.The pool in the middle of the beautiful outdoor area is a dream come true.There was everything you need for a relaxing holiday.The location of the complex is ideal, it is very quiet, but you are also very quickly on the beautiful beaches and in the surrounding cities.

We had an amazing time at the villa!The house is nice and cool so we slept very well. The different sitting areas outside are lovely, and we enjoyed the pool a lot! Using the bbq / outside oven was a real plus for us. The kitchen inside may need a little updating / the fridge didn’t stay too cool, but we made it work. And anything we needed the host responded immediately which was appreciated. Overall it was a really amazing place to relax with friends, and great value for money - would stay again! Thank you
Beautiful place and highly recommended to anyone who is looking to unwind for a few days. The owner (Antonio) was incredibly charming and helped to make us feel right at home. We particularly enjoyed spending time in the expansive gardens/ pool area and were delighted with picking fresh lemons and other fruits growing around the property.
This house is brilliant! It's absolutely huge, spacious rooms, all very comfy with high quality linens, towels etc. Spotlessly clean. Awesome pool and outside area! The host is fantastic! Went above and beyond to help us and ensure we were happy. Very impressed! Would definitely return!

The place has a beautiful location. It is elevated so you can look at the mountains &' the sea. It is clean &'equipped with everything you could need for self-catering. The balcony is great for watching the sunset in the evening & to relax again.
Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und sehr privat! Der perfekte Ort um abzuschalten:) Im sehr ausgiebigen Garten sind eigene Zitronen und Orangenbäume, von denen sich ein köstlicher Orangensaft zum Frühstück pressen lässt. Die Früchte des Aprikosenbaums waren leider schon etwas vergärt, was einen recht starken Geruch am Pool zur Auswirkung hatte. Hier wäre es super wenn der Garten ab und zu von den überreifen Früchten befreit würde.

Very happy with our stay: perfect for our group of two families. Especially the pool and garden area made a big impression. The kids loved the pool (even though a bit too cold for my personal taste at this time of the year) and the back area for football. The location was excellent. Nice beaches close by, loved Pollenca old town and to our surprise there was a nice restaurant within a short walking distance.

The location is beautiful in the country side with a back drop of mountains and a 30 minute walk into Polenca. The garden is private and very peaceful with plenty of shade either on the veranda or under the trees. Internally the kitchen is extremely well equipped the bedrooms are good size with effective air con when required and the sitting room is comfortable. There is a large well shaded veranda with tables and chairs for outside eating.
Perfect location in between Port Pollensa and Old Town Pollensa. Towels were changed at least twice during our visit which was excellent. All in all the villa was very good, with a nice swimming pool, table tennis table and other good ‘white’ goods such as dishwasher and washing machine all of which worked perfectly.
Beautiful spacious villa. Lovely pool and fantastic outside area. Clean with lovely clean towels and bed linen. Generous welcome pack. Pollenca is beautiful, we preferred the old town to the Port. The Sunday market there is brilliant. Lovely shopping and restaurants.Palma and Soller are gorgeous places to visit.All in all a wonderful experience of Mallorca on our first visit to the island for a family holiday.Thank you so much.
A very pleasant stay in a property full of Mediterranean Character close to centre of Pollensa. Plenty of space for a family of 5. Very nice bathrooms/showers and lovely Master bedroom with huge comfortable bed. The single beds were unfortunately not so good. Ok for young children but not adults or my teenagers! Yes parking is quite tricky near the villa, but there were always spaces on the edge of town. Overall, a great holiday over Easter for an active family. We really enjoyed exploring Northern Majorca. Would definitely return to Pollensa.
Vida Villas Response: The single beds have now been replaced by brand new very comfortable beds at the property. We are happy to advise the best places to find parking, it can be tricky especially after 18.00 when the locals start to return in their cars. Parking is free which is a bonus as not many holiday towns have this facility offered without charge.

The villa was really gorgeous. Especially the well-kept garden with the pool and the view of the mountains were beautiful. The host even got us groceries for breakfast. The villa is well equipped with all the kitchen appliances you could ask for. The house is very secluded and quiet - pure relaxation.
I had a week long stay here with my son. We both absolutely loved the villa it was as the pictures described probably even better. The outdoor space is fantastic & we enjoyed relaxing in the pool and the seating and bbq area is just a pleasure to be around. It is such a peaceful and relaxing area (noise free) with just a short walk into Pollenca town which is a stunning place to visit. I would definitely recommend a stay here and return for another holiday. It’s a great location to base yourself from, we hired a car and had some fantastic days out to Lluc Monastery Port Pollenca any many great beaches. Thank you
My family of five have just returned after a weeks stay at Villa Can Boi.The flexible check in was convenient, as we arrived at the villa after dark but didn't require the host to let us in.The Villa has lots of seating options outside, surrounded by an orchard of fruit trees. Also spacious inside, I liked the traditional look of the building and decor.There are two bathrooms/shower rooms inside which was convenient with three children, as well as an outside shower room.All the air conditioning units in the bedrooms worked very well and I the bed I slept in was more comfortable than at home.Pollenca is a charming town, with lots of character, history, restaurants and services. The Villa is about a 25min walk from the main square at the centre, which might be too far for some. We walked in but mainly chose to drive, as parking was fairly easy and free, as well as driving to beaches and into the mountains.The wifi wasnt great but the Villa was a great base for our holiday.
The place was beautiful, ingrown location with pool to relax. Enough space and bathrooms for 6 people, absolutely worth their price. Unfortunately, only the basic equipment in the kitchen (garbage bags, dishwasher tabs, salt, pepper) was not available.
Quirky house with beautiful garden and fabulous location
Three generations of our family stayed in casa Pont Roma aged from late 20 to early 80s and had a wonderful holiday.. The outside space was particularly appreciated and the provision of the table tennis table was a fun addition for the more energetic. The house allowed for separate spaces to be sociable or watch TV without disturbing the rest of the party. It would have been good to have a downstairs toilet which was not outside as the stairs were quite steep. The location was great, within walking distance of the pretty town.
The location of the villa on a small, very low-traffic street was nice. The large kitchen-living room is also nice. Overall it was a nice stay.
