This charming stone built villa is situated in the peace and quiet of the Pollensa countryside. A covered terrace leads into the ground floor, opening onto a lounge/dining area with beamed ceilings.
Separated from the dining area by a large stone archway is the kitchen, with a large fridge/freezer, electric hob/oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
There is a shower room on the ground floor.
Stairs lead up to the first floor and a double bedroom and three twin bedded rooms plus two full bathrooms. All the bedrooms have air conditioning.
Outdoors the inviting swimming pool (9m x 4m) is surrounded by beautifully tended gardens, and the covered terraces are perfect for al fresco dining or for relaxing in the shade.

Great property, isolated and quiet location so you need a car, but great position between Pollenca and Port of Pollenca. Roomy, clean. Nice pool and gardens. Highly recommend. Easy in/out process and communications.
We had a great week at the Estern Finca and felt very comfortable there. The more than 100 year old finca has been lovingly renovated and is very well maintained.The pool in the middle of the beautiful outdoor area is a dream come true.There was everything you need for a relaxing holiday.The location of the complex is ideal, it is very quiet, but you are also very quickly on the beautiful beaches and in the surrounding cities.
The villa was perfect, all the amenities you would need. The pool was clean and perfect temperature. The perfect family home for two weeks.
The house is perfect for a lovely family vacation. We had a lovely time, enjoying the pool, barbecue and beautiful surroundings. There is plenty of space and lots of country idyl, which was very appreciated. We will definitely give our best recommendations for anyone interested. :)

I stayed at Colin's lovely home in Ses Illetas for 4 nights with my sister, niece, mum and Auntie for a family birthday get-away. Firstly, the house is beautiful and the photos do not do it justice. The villa is huge - we kept finding rooms! - and the bedrooms are so spacious. It's such a treat to have an en suite bathroom for every bedroom. The villa is also incredibly well-equipped - there's not a kitchen gadget that it doesn't have..! Secondly, the outdoor area is stunning. The pool is a very good size with beautiful views - we loved watching the cruise ships coming into Palma each day. It was so relaxing to watch the sun go down over the garden and access our semi-private beach for a cooling dip in the Med. Thirdly, the location is perfect. Everything you could want is within walking distance and there are some fabulous restaurants nearby. There is a bus service into Palma right outside the villa and it's so easy to get around. Lastly, communication with Colin was quick and thorough, and being met at the villa by Francoise when we arrived and again when we left was a pleasure. We were so sad to leave and are already trying to find a way to get back over. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay in Mallorca. Beautiful vacation villa. The location is ideal because a little out of the way with a beautiful exterior and at the same time less than a 10-minute drive from Pollença where you will find shops and restaurants.It should be noted that the 2 bedrooms are in 2 different houses on 2 levels so more difficult if you are with family with young children.We highly recommend it …

What can I say! Prepare to be blown away! The pool/sitting area outside is amazing! The pool beautifully blue and clear and loads of sunbeds for everyone to relax by the pool. We didn’t need to go anywhere else.Inside the villa is stunning. Marble floors, great sized kitchen and utility. Great sized fridge/freezer and the All important nespresso machine!Bathrooms were lovely and big and rooms air conditioned.Absolutely couldn’t fault it! Would love to book again next year! X

Very large and perfect for a group of 5. The pool right outside the terrace is also totally practical if you need a cooling down again after the sea.We were very positively surprised by the number of toilets (3 pieces).The contact was totally smooth and we were even able to get into the accommodation a little earlier than planned. Also that we were not quite on time at check-out was no problem for the owners.A top accommodation I highly recommend it if you are looking for a large clean accommodation with good parking.

Great setting for the holiday for a large group
Lovely pool - beautiful surroundings - plenty of room for the large family group. The setting for a wonderful holiday is perfect. Pollenca itself is cozy with the stairs (365 steps) up to the chapel.
Rural location, 10mins from edge of town then further 10mins from Town square, lovely villa and pool, very peaceful. Tricky piece of rough ground before you get to villa, especially in the dark but once negotiated a very enjoyable stay.
This Villa was excellent. Great location within easy reach of a number of amenities and a stones throw from local towns such as Pollença and Alcudia with all the opportunities that they provide. The facilities of the Villa are as described, with plenty of room for kids to run around and an excellent pool. The communication with the host was easy and quick and when we had one issue (our fault) the owner was available within an hour. Highly recommended!
