The well tended garden is a delight to behold with lemon, olive and palm trees and a most unusually designed private pool 12 x 6 meters with mosiac tiled steps leading into the water.
The house is accessed by the staircase to the side of the villa and opens into the lounge-diner, decorated with contemporary furniture. Fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher and breakfast table. Beamed ceilings throughout.
There are 3 bedrooms all with air conditioning. 1 double with en-suite shower room and 1 double bedroom with en-suite full bathroom with bathtub. There is also a twin bedroom and a separate shower room.
There are lovely views to the open countryside in this quiet location. There is a new fantastic outside barbecue area which has recently been constructed. This also has is a large BBQ, fridge, dishwasher and kitchen area with dining table and chairs. There is a separate toilet and a shower area here too.

Beautiful villa, the gorgeous pool and outdoor space is magnificent! We also took advantage of the BBQ and al fresco kitchen. It was only 10 min drive to the centre of Puerto Pollensa with lots of restaurants and lovely beach/sea swimming (a car is a must). Lovely setting, with views of the mountains all around! We loved watching the sunset behind the mountains every night. We will be back when we next return to Majorca.
Great location, very friendly and good contact. Clean and as shown or described in the pictures and description. Absolutely recommended for the whole family (were there with 5 people - that was also the optimal occupation in our view).
Nice house in a quiet neighborhood close to everything. Super comfy and beautiful outdoor amenities. Comfortable bedding and beautiful living spaces. Just the hood and a defective sink. For the rest, very clean house. Impeccable communication with host. I would recommend and would definitely come back. Very nice touches: breakfast kit on arrival, bath sheets changed mid-stay, manicured garden and cleaned pool.
Beautiful villa and just as you see here in the pictures. Would definitely stay again. We had a couple of minor problems and the team were brilliant, dispatched a workman immediately, all fixed quickly and without fuss. Thank you for a great stay - we will be back!
Lovely villa. Pool excellent and outside area for eating was excellent. So good to have an outside kitchen area. All rooms very nice.
The stay was pleasant, if you want to disconnect and be in contact with nature this accommodation is ideal. They have a very nice orchard, the large pool, the views from the houses are relaxing. The house had all kinds of equipment and full kitchenette.
We had a lovely stay. It was a fantastic villa, just what we needed. The kids loved the pool and the outside kitchen/eating area was absolutely perfect.
We had a lovely stay at this villa, the pool was amazing as was the outside area, it was a very hot week so used the shaded areas and outside kitchen a great deal! So glad we had air conditioning in our bedrooms as it was quite unbearable at night with the heat. Facilities were great, plenty of towels, coffee machine, outdoor fridge/ freezer dishwasher/ shower etc. The welcome pack was very handy as we arrived late due to a delayed flight. Stand out part of the stay were the beautiful surroundings, the gardens and the amazing mountains. I will miss standing on the balcony with my coffee and taking in the views.

It is a very nice house, the pool area is very nice and you can be comfortable there. What we didn't like was the location that is in a medium “industrial” area. On the other side is the supermarkets very close and also Puerto Pollença and Pollença.
Like a previous review stated “Overall the villa was good but a few things would have made it excellent”. We, as a group of 9 adult male cyclists, found the villa to be ideal. The outside space was great. Perfect for winding down after a day in the saddle. Inside there was plenty of room although the kitchen could get a bit crowded at times. It’s a little out of town but still only a 25 – 30 minute brisk walk. If numbers dictate I would have absolutely no hesitation in renting this villa again.

An ideal location in the heart of the town.
We took a chance on Mallorca, Pollensa in particular, and this property on a last minute whim and we were not disappointed! The property is decorated to a high standard and nicely furnished. The air-con was very welcome when needed. The kitchen is very well equipped and the terrace ideal for sitting out in the shade. The location is fabulous, a few minutes walk to the famous Pollensa steps and the town centre. Just right for a morning stroll to get breakfast in the town square and not too far to walk back after supper! Pollensa town has much to offer, including wonderful market on Sunday. But if it is sand and sea you want, you will not be disappointed - less than a 10 minute drive (or a slightly longer cycle on a dedicated cycle path), you are on the beach. We only scratched the surface of what Pollensa and the surrounding area has to offer and we do hope to return again one day to discover more.
I could go on......but I think anyone reading this will have got the point of this review - book! If you want a town location within a few miles, excellent facilities and a comfortable property to stay in - this is for you!
A magnificent finca with a wonderful guesthouse . Fully equipped with all you need . Spectacular views and grounds , including a pool and sauna . Located close to Pollensa and Port de Pollensa with great places to eat and sights to see . Local information is provided in a folder. To get the most from you stay we would recommend hiring a car . A fabulous place to relax and recharge and to explore at your leisure. Loved it!
We had a lovely stay at the Villa, which is located in a villa area, 5 min drive from the center of Pollensa, very well located for accessing the pretty places on the island . It's a clean little villa, with a nice pool that we enjoyed using, fruit trees, well equipped. I would like to add that as on the whole island , tap water is not recommended, you have to anticipate with water bottles. Communication with agent was effective. We loved this stay with our children.
Perfect private family get away, in beautiful surroundings. Lovely private location but only a 5 minute drive to the main town. the grounds and pool were wonderful. It’s a little outdated inside but we did like the traditional feel.
The location was stunning, a gorgeous spot right near the old town of Pollenca. A beautiful outdoor dining space and barbeque and pool. The house is absolutely charming and sits on a nice little bit of garden which was fun to explore. We saw lots of wild goats! We had an absolutely wonderful holiday here with our three year old twins and another couple of friends. The beds were surprisingly comfy, everything was very clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pots and pans.
Accommodation is very clean, newly furbished. Place is as seen in pictures. Cleaners came half way through the week to change towels and clean bathroom. Would definitely recommend.
Lovely clean villa right in the middle of town. The courtyard garden was sunny in the mornings and lovely and shady in the afternoons. Perfect for cooling down and the kids absolutely loved the pool.
The space is spacious for a family of five and as described. It is well located but I recommend a car. The lockbox is convenient to arrive and leave the listing at any time when you have a plane that takes off or lands in the night.
The garden in April is beautiful with lemon trees and orange trees full of fruit. There are also beautiful olive trees and other fruit trees.
The place is in impeccable condition and very clean and maintained. It has a nice ambiance. The light installations are very nice, especially in the evening.We really had an exceptionally beautiful stay and the right place to relax.a lot of peace and quiet is guaranteed.Hence my unreserved recommendation.
Great, large finca. Very fast in the old town of Pollença or at the Port de Pollença. Via the highway in 45 minutes at the airport! Very easy to move in to the property. Animals everywhere (cats, dogs, horses, chickens...)
Quirky house with beautiful garden and fabulous location
Three generations of our family stayed in casa Pont Roma aged from late 20 to early 80s and had a wonderful holiday.. The outside space was particularly appreciated and the provision of the table tennis table was a fun addition for the more energetic. The house allowed for separate spaces to be sociable or watch TV without disturbing the rest of the party. It would have been good to have a downstairs toilet which was not outside as the stairs were quite steep. The location was great, within walking distance of the pretty town.
Very well located apartment near the beach, very clean, nicely furnished and decorated, where nothing missing! The Agent is very responsive to any problems. A perfect stay!
I stayed here with my family. The children (4 + 5 years) were completely happy with the pool and didn't want to go to the beach anymore. Particularly nice and authentic cottage in the quiet outdoor area of Pollenca .The coffee machine was broken but was immediately replaced the next morning after giving it. Super service.The pool is well maintained and the water quality is checked almost daily. During the fourth day (of 10), a very friendly lady came to clean our cottage and replace the towels. On the 7th day, the towels were replaced.
I stayed in this beautiful mansion with 5 other friends for one week. The villa is a bit remote about 5km away from the beach. So i would recommend to rent a car to go there. The house is well equipped and clean. The service that was provided was good and very friendly and it was easy to pick up the keys. The pictures you find on airbnb correlate with the reality quite good.I would definitely recommend this place.
The finca is a bit remote. However, still within walking distance of shopping. No immediate neighbors. For us it is simply ideal.
The villa is as described. Fairly basic but modern and clean with everything we needed (only ever ate breakfast there so we didn’t really test the kitchen). It’s location is fabulous - steps away from the beach. The resort is lovely with some great restaurants and a stunning beach. We would highly recommend this villa.
