The Alcanada Golf is also situated by a short drive from the villa Burgues, as well as the conservation area, Albufera Natural Park, that is also nearby and well worth a visit for nature lovers, ornithologists and walking enthusiasts. The front covered terrace opens into the spacious living/dining room with sofa seating area, DVD player, Satellite TV, Optical fibre, dining area, original interior stone wall features and feature fireplace. There is a fitted kitchen totally equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, electric oven, etc. The sleeping area comprises of one double bedroom with an en suite shower room and two further twin bedrooms sharing a full bathroom. All bedrooms have the facility of air conditioning. The crystal clear mosaic tiled swimming pool is huge (50 m2) and has child friendly Roman steps, surrounded by comfortably furnished, stone paved sun terraces with a grassed area. A built in barbecue area completes the exterior of the house.
