Two double bedrooms: one with an adjacent bathroom, and the second with en suite bathroom, partial sea views, and access to a small private terrace.
Outdoor Living
Enjoy a 6m x 4m private pool with Roman steps, sun loungers, and a covered dining terrace with BBQ—ideal for al fresco meals. A garden, outdoor shower, and private parking complete the setting.

We stayed in the villa for a week and loved every moment. The villa itself was well provisioned with shower towels and pool towels. The kitchen was a good size to cook for the whole group. The outside spaces were perfect - the views were amazing! You are a little bit out of town - a 20min amble down the hill which is lovely in the evening. We enjoyed the walk to Pollensa and back but we can understand that it might be a little bit far for young children or the elderly to manage.We would recommend staying here to anyone. Would love to come back!
We booked the finca for 3 weeks and were able to enjoy every day. We arrived a little earlier for check-in, but were still able to get into the property. A great facility and the amenities immediately made us feel at home. The pool is already outstanding and a highlight. The kitchen is fully equipped and there was nothing missing. The agency and owner were always available and helped. Towels were exchanged regularly. All in all, this finca is an absolute recommendation! Thanks for the wonderful time.

A beautiful villa, with a stunning garden in a lovely peaceful location.The villa was very large, as were the grounds. There is one bedroom upstairs with a steep staircase which isn’t ideal for smaller children. The house and garden were well equipped. A very relaxing location but only 10 minutes from a supermarket and the beach.

It’s the outside space that really impressed us: beautiful garden, good-sized pool, fantastic outdoor kitchen with great adjustable charcoal grill and an outdoor shower that we loved so much we hardly used the indoor ones!
A most enjoyable and memorable holiday in your gorgeous villa. So well equipped, we wanted for nothing. We particularly loved the outside kitchen and & facilities & thoroughly enjoyed our Bar-B-Q's there.

Great holiday apartment for a quiet stay with a family. The quite location near the beach and all facilities.
We had a wonderful stay !The villa is like the photos, very nice.The outside area is perfect for relaxing and having nice barbecue evenings.The hosts were available daily and there was a problem, they were right on site.
We had a great stay at the villa. Due to the size of the property and the distance to the neighbors, you have your peace. The villa is very modern, it lacks nothing. The location is also great as you can explore the island in any direction from the property in 30 minutes.
Thoroughly enjoyed our (adult) family break. House is spotless and airy. Well equipped kitchen. Pool is an amazing asset. Superb location within Pollensa town. Quick response from Agent to any query.
Superbe séjour entre amis dans une charmante maison.L'intérieur est d'un style ancien mais fonctionnel.Seul bémol concernant certains lits dont on sent les ressorts...Le quartier est calme, idéal pour des vacanciers.L'extérieur est super, la piscine d'une taille suffisante, les chaises longues confortables. Nous avons mangé dehors toute la semaine, avec cuisine extérieure et barbecue à disposition.Supermarchés à 5min.Alcudìa et son port se trouvent à 20min de la maison, avec commerces, restaurants et bars. L'agence est très réactive, aucun problème de communication. Super rapport qualité prix.Je recommande !

Supermarkt, Berge und Strand in der Nähe!! Einziges Manko, die Kaffeemaschine hat den Geist aufgegeben....

Beautiful large villa in the most ideal location with the added bonus of a beach at the end of the garden! Walking distance to a range of restaurants, beaches and local amenities. We had a great time at the villa. Would most definitely like to visit again in the future.

Lovely rustic house with a beautiful garden located in a quiet area. You will need a car to get around. The house well situated for driving to both Alcúdia and Pollença.
