Combining traditional Mallorcan charm with contemporary luxury, this villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across 5 spacious bedrooms, making it ideal for families or groups seeking a stylish seaside retreat.
Set over two floors, the ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen with adjoining dining area opening onto the pool patio, a family shower room, and two sea-facing bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (twin beds can be joined into doubles if required).
Upstairs, a stunning lounge with high beamed ceilings and panoramic windows opens onto a beach-facing balcony, offering breathtaking views of the sea and sunsets. The master suite also opens to the balcony and includes a luxurious bathroom with both bathtub and shower. Two additional bedrooms with a family bathroom share private balconies overlooking the pool. The entire villa is air-conditioned.
Outside, the villa boasts a private 25 m² swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and terraces adorned with scented rosemary and bougainvillea. In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a fee of €50 will be charged during office hours and €75 outside office hours. Replacement keys must be collected by the guest at our office.
On the day of check-out, no rubbish must be left in the property. Guests are required to dispose of it themselves; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will apply.
30% deposit required to secure the reservation. Remaining balance must be paid 8 weeks before arrival
