The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, oven, hob, microwave, coffee maker, and all the essentials for home cooking. A dedicated dining area with table and chairs provides a welcoming space for shared meals.
The accommodation comprises one air-conditioned double bedroom and two air-conditioned twin bedrooms, making the villa ideal for families or small groups. Bed linen and towels are provided, and a baby cot is available free of charge. The villa also offers two full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a shower and bidet.

The villa is much bigger than the photos give justice. It’s in need of a bit of lick of paint but that didn’t bother us as it was lovely! The pool was excellent

We had a wonderful quiet week in quiet surroundings. During the day you can hear a few cars from the street, but that doesn't bother you and at night it is super quiet. We didn't miss anything! Thank you!
Absolutely gorgeous place, beautiful garden and pool and lovely shady terrace. Very clean and very comfortable. The location was good for us as we could drive and see different places all around the island. As others have said a few basic household consumable items would be useful, but you can pick things up easily. There are country sounds in line with the house's rural location eg the rather forlorn braying of the donkey and the lively cockerels, but this was as expected and altogether it is a very peaceful retreat. Antonia and her husband were very welcoming and lovely, there was a beautiful cake for us on arrival and they were very helpful. We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend it.
The villa is very nice and quietly located. It takes about 10 minutes by car to shop or beach. The house is quite well-equipped that you can take care of yourself. We will be happy to come back.
we loved our stay in Pollenca. the townhouse was in a great position with views across the town. It was well equipped and is spacious. Having both a pool and roof top terrace was great. easy walking distance to centre with restaurants and shopsWe chose to park in large free car parks and walk as streets are narrow. Agent was very responsive and quickly helped with a query on day one.
A beautiful property for a group of people. The outdoor area is a great place for relaxing in the evening and eating. The pool is fabulous.

Wir waren nun zum 4. Mal in diesem tollen Ferienhaus und geniessen unseren Aufenthalt dort jedes mal wieder sehr. Die Lage ist traumhaft und ein super Ausgangspunkt für weitere Erkundungen im Norden der insel.

Great Location, nice pool, agency was very helpful. the house is a bit dated and would need some touch ups here or there.
A most enjoyable and memorable holiday in your gorgeous villa. So well equipped, we wanted for nothing. We particularly loved the outside kitchen and & facilities & thoroughly enjoyed our Bar-B-Q's there.
We would recommend this pretty villa to all our friends.

We had a lovely stay at this villa. She is a great host and her communications are speedy and helpful.The house is spotless, very well equipped, and for us (as cyclists) it was a great location to be based, quiet and close to the cycling routes and lanes and also near the beach and restaurants of Pollenca and Puerto Pollenca. We’d definitely stay again- for me the outdoor space was especially welcome- so peaceful with birdsong, the pool and shady seating by the house or sunbeds by the pool.
Second year stay at Finca Morell Vall (2022 & 2023) and wonderful time had again. Great space for a group/large family (10 of us). Look forward to next year.
Beautiful house in an amazing setting. Perfect for two families with kids. Very clean and easy to access. Close to mountains, beaches and the charming Pollenca village. And with an excellent pool and sheep as your closest neighbours.
