Inside, the villa features a welcoming living and dining area with comfortable sofas, satellite TV, and DVD player. Large doors open directly onto a covered terrace, creating a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor living and leading you straight to the garden and pool area.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer—perfect for preparing everything from relaxed breakfasts to family dinners, which can be enjoyed on the spacious terrace overlooking the lush countryside.
Villa Patri offers four bedrooms in total: one master bedroom and three double bedrooms, all sharing two bathrooms. In addition, there is a convenient exterior toilet with shower for added practicality around the pool and garden. All bedrooms benefit from air conditioning, operated on a scheduled system in line with energy efficiency guidelines (available 1pm–3pm and 7pm–7am).
Outside, the villa truly comes into its own. The large private swimming pool (10m x 5m, depth approx. 0.9m–1.9m) is set within beautifully maintained lawns, palm trees, and native Mediterranean planting. Generous terraces provide plenty of space for sunbathing, dining, or simply relaxing while enjoying the peaceful surroundings—making it especially well-suited for families with children.

One problem is parking, we were a party of 6 with two cars and had great difficulty in finding places to park, as very near streets, both cars got dinted

Villa was very spacious with loads of different areas to sit and chill. The upstairs by the pool was amazing for breakfast, dinner, sun bathing and just chilling. With limited kitchen facilities
Nice house in a quiet neighborhood close to everything. Super comfy and beautiful outdoor amenities. Comfortable bedding and beautiful living spaces. Just the hood and a defective sink. For the rest, very clean house. Impeccable communication with host. I would recommend and would definitely come back. Very nice touches: breakfast kit on arrival, bath sheets changed mid-stay, manicured garden and cleaned pool.
Everything is great! The location is great: 15-minute walk and you have several shops/restaurants - very close is the restaurant: Figueret -> recommendation!!The beach is only a minute away! The apartment was really very clean! And is also otherwise very well appointed. Only the light switches are a bit complicated - but they also provided fun moments. The pool is also well maintained and provided a nice cooling at felt 40°.All in all highly recommended!

The photos really don’t do this place justice, it exceeded all of our expectations.A fridge with some eggs & milk, and a kit of food toiletries were waiting for us when we arrived which was a nice touch.It’s maybe a 3 minute walk to the central squares, you really couldn’t get a better location. And there’s a really nice view from the roof-deck.
Our group had a great week. Large, spacious villa inside and outside with comfortable modern facilities. Large pool, slightly chillier than we might of hoped but that is likely due to time of year we were there.Very central to local shops, restaurants and beaches. Highly recommend this villa for group holidays.
This wonderful, centrally located townhouse is a real haven in this gorgeously busy little town. We loved the bright, open interiors, which were cool and restful, even on the hottest of days, and the courtyard with plunge pool and roof terraces meant that we could hang out as a family but also get some peace. The house is really stylish and has been furnished with really high-quality pieces that make it feel like a curated, high end boutique hotel. Incredibly relaxing and comfortable. The kitchen is better equipped than ours back home, and the master bathroom is a dream! Loved the roof terrace views, too! We will be back.
Great, large finca. Very fast in the old town of Pollença or at the Port de Pollença. Via the highway in 45 minutes at the airport! Very easy to move in to the property. Animals everywhere (cats, dogs, horses, chickens...)

Exactly as described and on the photos - nice outdoor area and quiet surroundings. Unfortunately there were many mosquitos which made being outside difficult - this may be seasonal and it is outside the hosts control. Agent was fantastic with their communications and in helping us with fans, check-ins and the extra cot.

Beautiful spacious villa with great outside space that kept every one entertained, the table tennis and basket ball hoop provided my adult children hours of fun! We spent all our time in the well equipped outside kitchen and by the lovely pool. Close to Pollenca old town for fabulous restaurants and shops (5 min drive away). The beaches of Port de Pollenca and Cala san Vicente are close by too. Our communication with the host and Marti (the owner) was easy and they responded to any questions very quickly. Would highly recommend this villa and we hope to be back soon!!
Very good equipment in the kitchen, plus dishwasher, washing machine etc. Nice pool, great house in a very quiet location, that was ideal for us as a loud family. A Lidl was close by foot. On the premises was a donkey and a large duck family, the children liked that, of course. The ducks always came in the evening to the property and looked for grass, probably also kept bugs away, so win-win.
