Double gates lead into a large parking area and the frontage of the house. A path leads to the rear where you will find the swimming pool, terraces and gardens.
The villa has an open plan living-dining area with comfortable sofas and TV, DVD, sound system. There is also access to the side terraces from here. A few steps lead up from the living area to the dining area. There is also a twin bedroom with an adjacent full bathroom with bathtub.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a fridge freezer. dishwasher, microwave, gas hob and oven. This is a spacious kitchen with a breakfast table and chairs.
Stairs lead up to a twin bedroom and a double bedroom. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom with bathtub. All bedrooms have air conditioning.

We've just returned from an amazing holiday. The accommodation was exactly what we wanted - somewhere peaceful where we could relax in the countryside. We have a 2 year old and 5 year old and we all had so much fun together playing in the garden.It was brilliant to be able to make our own fun there. We enjoyed BBQs, swimming, table tennis and playing games in the garden.It was a 5 minute drive to the beach which was great and the parking was free everywhere we went, so it really wasn't a problem using the car to get anywhere.Thank you for such a perfect holiday.
It's a fantastic place to stay. Everything is present and sparkling clean. We had a wonderful holiday. If there is already a problem, it will be solved immediately.
We were a family of five and had plenty of room. All as indicated. In particular, we liked the pool with its size very much . Also the short distances to the water or to Pollenca and Alcudia were very convenient for us. Communication and handling with the landlords worked smoothly. Great finca ....we'll be back...
Great stay in this traditional house, simple and pleasant at the same time . We quickly disconnected thanks to the calm of the garden , visits to the sheep of the field next door...the rooms are spacious and all have air conditioning ( I am not a fan of air conditioning but unfortunately it is the only way to ensure a good night in summer).the pool is large in a very maintained garden... The bonus being the pool towels provided by the host. We enjoyed it . The manager is very responsive! Really nice week with the family ,very relaxing go there with your eyes closed:-)
We had such a lovely stay here! The villa feels so authentic and the outside area is perfect for those hot afternoons and relaxing.The kitchen is well equipped and all the rooms were good sizes.We had our daughter with us and both high chair and cot were provided with no problem.The information was provided in advance and was very in depth. Over all a fantastic stay!
We had a lovely time in this house on Mallorca. We felt at home immediately, it has a lovely garden and swimming pool to relax and it is close to the towns Pollença, Alcúdia and Porte de Pollença (all 5-10 min drive). Definitely recommended if you want to stay in a quieter area of the island!

We really enjoyed our stay in the spacious house. The garden is not visible, so you are on your own. There are several seating options in the outdoor area or in the wind-protected summer kitchen (or do you call it a pool house?), so that you can always find the perfect place, depending on the time of day, whether you are looking for shade or sun. The location was also perfect - quiet yet quickly by car in Pollentia, Alcudia and on the highways to explore the island. There are numerous great excursions nearby (Formentor, Cala St. Vincenc, Cala Bórger, to name a few).
We spent a week in the cottage and had a very nice time. The finca is very large and has enough space for 6 people. A special highlight is of course the quiet and secluded garden area with pool and outdoor cottage, where you can relax very well. Nearby are the beautiful places Pollenca and Alcudia, with lots of shopping, restaurants, sights and beaches. Since the highway is also only minutes away, you can also easily reach other destinations on the island by car. The communication was always very friendly and constructive, in case of problems we were helped quickly and competently.We'd love to come back!
The accommodation is very clean and nice. It is quiet and has a great garden with pool where we spent a lot of time. The communication with the host was great.

Villa is fantastically beautiful! It is in a quiet area, with a car but no problem (you could also park on the property) the garden is fantastically beautiful and the villa rustically charming and very clean. The only point of criticism: Unfortunately, there was nothing about basic amenities for the kitchen (oil/spices/dishwasher) or for the washing machine and a little bit of toilet paper.But there were plenty of towels and you got new ones in between! All in all a great stay in a beautiful place to stay!
Very nice place, very spacious and clean.It is located quite far from Palma, but you have the beach two minutes away and if you are driving it will not be a problemI would highly recommend it!
We are a family of 4. We had a great time. Villa has great outside space and views. Plenty of outside seating and sun loungers..... Can easily acommodate 8 people. Nice outside eating areas also. Owners Daughter is lovely - changed beds and towels after first week and supplied a bottle of wine after we advised the bottle opener was broken (this gesture was appreciated)...
Suggestions:
- Hire a car to fully appreciate the surrounding area/sites.
-Bike hire is available in Alcudia/Port Polensa from as low as 8euros.

Super nice villa with a very nicely maintained garden. Perfect size for two families with children as the bedrooms and two bathrooms are divided on two levels.Great kitchen and super BBQ in the outdoor area.
We had a great time. The stay is in a beautiful location, close to all the sights of Mallorca. The house is as in the pictures. It was neatly cleaned, but the bathroom is in need of an update. The pool is wonderfully large and clean, and equipped with all the comforts. BBQ is great! The WiFi does not work. Contact Portvil in love smoothly.

Great Spot
Thanks to Vida Villas for providing excellent service before and during our stay. Everything was as described, beautiful, clean and great location for getting to the beach and close to restaurants. We came for cycling and we had the best time, road here are absolutely first class. There is a Pizza restaurant just a minutes walk away with good food. Weather was superb, did not expect to get it so good in October. Thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely be back next year.
It’s a lovely rural villa - simple, rustic, with everything you need, in a great location and really secluded and private. We loved it. It’s not luxurious but then neither is the price point - it's fantastic value for money. Communication was good and they quickly sorted anything we needed.
We arrived with a group of friends and a one-year-old child. We liked the house, everything you need is there (iron, hair dryer, washing machine, grill, minimal dishes). It is located 200 meters from an excellent sandy beach, to which there is a descent on a baby carriage. There are 5-6 restaurants with excellent cuisine in the town. There is a place to rent a car. In the evenings it is very quiet and calm. A great place for a leisurely family vacation with children and parents. I can also note that when organizing the arrival and further accommodation at the location, the agency company were very helpful. They organized a transfer from the airport and helped in every way by answering questions. For me there were practically no downsides, except that I can note that the pool is shared between 8 apartments.

We had a lovely stay at the house. Clean and with lots of amenities. Just a 10 minute drive to local towns. Quiet and private. Check in and out easy. Ping pong table and BBQ a nice touch.Just note that the track up to the house was fairly rough and uneven and this was not mentioned prior to arrival, so just be aware of this - if hiring a car choose a suitable one!

The property is well located for walking into the old town of Pollenca and is set on a hillside with fantastic views of the town and surrounding mountains. It's spacious with plenty of room for 6 people to enjoy a holiday without crowding each other and the outdoor spaces and pool are fantastic. It's so quiet and peaceful and to lie and read a book in the sunshine by the pool was wonderful. It was equally lovely in the evening to sit out and eat under the stars! The property was nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well but, as there are mosquito screens on all the windows, we were able to sleep with the windows open and didn't need to use it. There were plenty of pots and pans for cooking and the large fridge, cooker and dishwasher made life easy when catering for the family. Venturing down the hill on foot into the old town to eat and shop was a bonus, as we didn't have to argue about who was going to drive back in the evening!
Access to the driveway is quite tight, so I would advise hiring a small to medium sized car. We were OK with a Ford Focus but a big 4x4 might struggle. Also the property is laid out over three floors with several different levels outdoors, which wasn't a problem for us and actually added to it's charm but it might be an issue if you're a little unstable on your feet.

We had a wonderful stay at this picturesque property. Extremely spacious, comfortable, with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Very safe walk into town, beautiful by moonlight on the way home. Quiet and peaceful, perfect place to unwind. Will definitely stay here again.
It’s the outside space that really impressed us: beautiful garden, good-sized pool, fantastic outdoor kitchen with great adjustable charcoal grill and an outdoor shower that we loved so much we hardly used the indoor ones!
