Set over two floors, the ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen with a central island and breakfast bar, a dining area, and a cozy living room with beam ceilings, an ornamental fireplace, and a flat-screen TV. French doors lead directly to the terrace, connecting to the private swimming pool and gardens.
The villa has 4 spacious bedrooms, all bright and airy with spectacular views. On the ground floor, there are 3 double bedrooms with private bathrooms and direct access to the garden. The main suite on the first floor includes a private living area, bathroom, and panoramic views of the surrounding mountains.
Outside, the villa offers a comfortable patio for al-fresco dining and relaxation, an independent indoor dining area, and a large gas barbecue, perfect for evening meals surrounded by the beautiful Tramuntana landscape. Wi-Fi and air conditioning/heating are provided throughout, ensuring comfort in every season.
Main Features & Amenities:
In case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.
On check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a €150 fee will be charged for waste management.
30% deposit required to secure the reservation. Remaining balance must be paid 8 weeks before arrival
