Villa Rosa Andratx is a modern, beautifully presented home set on a quiet residential street, offering privacy while remaining genuinely walkable to the harbour, restaurants and cafés of Port Andratx. The main living level features a light-filled open-plan kitchen and dining space, opening directly onto the terrace and pool area for easy indoor-outdoor living.
Outside, the villa is designed for laid-back Mediterranean days. The private pool (approx. 4.5m x 11m) is surrounded by sun loungers and shaded seating, with open mountain views creating a calm, green backdrop. A barbecue and outdoor dining area make this a great space for long lunches and evenings at home. Pool heating is available at an additional cost.
Inside, the villa combines clean contemporary styling with comfort. The lounge includes a feature fireplace and there is a separate office/snug area for guests who may need to work during their stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, and there is a separate laundry room with washing machine.
All four bedrooms are en suite and thoughtfully laid out, making the villa well suited to families or groups of couples. Two bedrooms are located side by side upstairs, ideal for children, while a further double bedroom sits off the main living area. The master suite is accessed via its own staircase, offering additional privacy. The villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with Wi-Fi, Sonos sound (inside and outside) and smart TVs throughout.

Wir waren nun zum 4. Mal in diesem tollen Ferienhaus und geniessen unseren Aufenthalt dort jedes mal wieder sehr. Die Lage ist traumhaft und ein super Ausgangspunkt für weitere Erkundungen im Norden der insel.
Overall, we had a very nice time with friends in the house. The situation is quiet and very nice. In the morning you are woken up by animal sounds (rooster, dogs, donkey). We didn't mind It fits the charm of the house. You can take a hike directly from the house or quickly drive to the city or the beach (Highly recommended is Platya de Formentor, about 20 minutes away, but here you should bring meals, as it is very expensive on site)Everything was very clean and communication with the host was very pleasant. Since no one was in the house in front of us, we were also allowed in earlier. On the last night, there was suddenly no more water throughout the house. We were able to reach someone despite the late hour and the next day in the morning the plumber should come. (We were already gone by). The pool was very nice and there was 2x someone to clean. Kitchen was not so well equipped There were e.g. missing insulation pans, salad bowls, etc. The bedrooms were good and the beds comfortable. However, there was no way to lock the doors...also not in the bathrooms. A music system would have been desirable. Fortunately, we had a box with us. Overall we had a great time and would book the house again.
La ubicación de ka propiedad cumplió con creces nuestras expectativas, en zona rural, pero muy cerca de Pollensa, tranquilidad, relax, zona muy extensa para jugar lis niños, piscina espectacular y, en resumen, estuvimos muy a gusto.

The villa offers beautiful surroundings and high quality facilities. The rooms are spacious and well appointed, with elegant and modern decor. The kitchen is fully equipped, which is perfect for preparing meals for families or groups of friends. The outdoor space is well maintained and offers a pleasant space to relax. However, a downside is that the pool wasn't heated, which can be an inconvenience for those who like to swim in more temperate water. Despite this, the proximity of the villa to local shops, restaurants and attractions makes it a very convenient and pleasant place to stay.
lovely villa in a quiet area within walking distance (20 minutes or so) of Pollença old town. very clean, essentials all provided, plus a welcome pack with some basics like bread etc plus a lovely bottle of (local) wine. would happily stay again. perfect for young family. kids (2 and 5) loved the pool — but take note that, as there is no pool fence, they needed constant supervision.

We had a fantastic stay at this property, perfect for our family of five. The space was ample, and the beach is just a 5-minute walk away. Even during peak season, the area felt like a peaceful, uncrowded village. The balcony offers great privacy, and a great sea view, it overlooks a quiet road to the beach. We enjoyed many meals there, cooled by the sea breeze. The swimming pool is clean, well-maintained, and just steps from the door. While one bedroom initially had a slight damp smell, airing it out resolved the issue. The kitchen is fully equipped, though a larger pan would be useful for bigger families. Communication with Nord Villas was smooth and responsive almost instantly. The area is safe for late-night walks with kids, and while nearby shops are pricey, Lidl and Eroski are a 10-minute drive away, with Spar as the best local option. Overall, this is a peaceful, spacious property, ideal for a relaxing family vacation. We will def return
Me and my friends enjoyed the stay. The house is located in a very nice neighbourhood next to the mountains surrounded by nature.It was very clean and the property was bigger as expected. The owner provides you with Tennis and table-tennis equipment.
We had a great week staying in this property just outside Pollensa. All descriptions were accurate and all amenities provided. The finca is well maintained and the gardens lovely with lots of spots for relaxing. It was really useful to have plenty local information provided in advance. Pollensa is such a beautiful place and having been several times it never disappoints. The Sunday market is a must.
Lovely, spacious traditional Mallorcan finca
It was a lovely villa in a very good position.My grandson compared it to The Durrells on T.V. Was there a path through the field to the village and beach, we did not like walking on the road. The pool was ideally situated and was used a lot. The owner and the rep were brilliant, we could call on their help if needed which happened about twice. I would definitely rent this property again.
Quiet location, good facilities
Beautiful place in a perfect location. And they provided a crib and highchair for my baby. Things to note are the water is not potable so you'll need to buy water for drinking, etc. Only 1 roll of toilet paper is provided. You'll also need to purchase any coffee, oil, salt, etc. you might need.
Great villa, rustic and simple, but comfortable and homely. Would highly recommend this to anyone.

Fantastic, romantic garden with several enchanting terraces and a wonderfully large pool and a sweet old finca. Beautiful location in the middle of wide fields and yet in in port Pollenca or Pollença .We stayed there in August and were almost tempted to spend most of our time in this little paradise.

It was so concotable clean and welcoming. great location and would return. everything was perfect!
Myself and a bunch of friends have just had an incredible stay at this villa. The setting is absolutely stunning, the Villa itself is utterly beautiful and the location is perfect, right in the middle of Pollenca town and the port.We had the most amazing week and simply did not want to leave. We loved it.
