Villa San Chez is a 2 bedroom stone house with kidney shaped swimming pool. Located in the popular north of the island close to the pretty towns of Pollensa and Alcudia and the glorious Bay of Pollensa.
Accommodation for 4 people. 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom in the main house with a complete bathroom. In the main house there is an open plan lounge/diner with built in stone seating area and cushions, dining table and chairs for 4 guests, TV, DVD and wood burner.
Fitted kitchen with gas oven/hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine.
Pretty peaceful garden with olive trees. Covered porch area for outside dining and barbecues. Kidney shaped swimming pool with Roman steps and sun loungers. Swimming pool: 8m x 4m Depth 0.90m – 2.40m
The house has a Air Conditioning on a timer from 12.00 hours - 15.00 hours, 18.00 hours - 20.00 hours then 22.00 hours - 06.00 hours.
There is 1 bedroom with a double bed and the 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds. There are 2 bathrooms, one with bathtub and one with shower.
The fenced garden has mountain views, garden furniture, terrace, barbecue in a 6,800 m² plot.

Damage deposit of £300.00 is held by credit card prior to arrival and refunded after departure.
Ecotax is not included in the price (£1.50/adult/night).

A very nice finca. You definitely need a car. Unfortunately, we read too late that you could have gotten an electric car on site as well. We used the outdoor kitchen and the pool a lot. From here you can quickly get to Polenca, which is one of the most beautiful places on the island in consideration. There are some very good restaurants there. We also got to know the owner, Antonio, who looked for the garden. You can pick everything that is ripe there. Lemons, figs etc.
Beautiful place and highly recommended to anyone who is looking to unwind for a few days. The owner (Antonio) was incredibly charming and helped to make us feel right at home. We particularly enjoyed spending time in the expansive gardens/ pool area and were delighted with picking fresh lemons and other fruits growing around the property.

Great place to stay. The owner came to pour from time to time and gave us fruit from his plantation. Also the distance to the beach was quick to reach by car. To end the evening by the pool has given our vacation the necessary peace and quiet. Always happy to come back.
It’s the outside space that really impressed us: beautiful garden, good-sized pool, fantastic outdoor kitchen with great adjustable charcoal grill and an outdoor shower that we loved so much we hardly used the indoor ones!
We were not on the island for the first time and also had a rental car. Recommended, the house is a bit secluded. But that's how we wanted it, nice and quiet, some sheep and lots of nature in the neighborhood. A dream, the nights quiet. Even the nearby road has hardly any traffic and therefore did not bother at all. All in all a beautiful place to completely unplug. We love peace. I would definitely go back to the house for a vacation.

Our stay in the villa was great. The property is large and offers lots of common areas to spend time with the closest ones. Everything was clean and if there was the slightest problem the host took action immediately. The location of the house and garden offers absolute privacy and is perfect for people who like to be surrounded by greenery and love peace and quiet. We would definitely come back here again!
It was a lovely villa in a very good position.My grandson compared it to The Durrells on T.V. Was there a path through the field to the village and beach, we did not like walking on the road. The pool was ideally situated and was used a lot. The owner and the rep were brilliant, we could call on their help if needed which happened about twice. I would definitely rent this property again.
We spent a week at this beautiful finca. It is in a great location, shopping and beaches are just around the corner. It offers everything one needs for a great vacation!! Highly recommend!
Superbe séjour entre amis dans une charmante maison.L'intérieur est d'un style ancien mais fonctionnel.Seul bémol concernant certains lits dont on sent les ressorts...Le quartier est calme, idéal pour des vacanciers.L'extérieur est super, la piscine d'une taille suffisante, les chaises longues confortables. Nous avons mangé dehors toute la semaine, avec cuisine extérieure et barbecue à disposition.Supermarchés à 5min.Alcudìa et son port se trouvent à 20min de la maison, avec commerces, restaurants et bars. L'agence est très réactive, aucun problème de communication. Super rapport qualité prix.Je recommande !
Excellent stay, very well located in an ideal setting and environment.The pool, tennis court and ping pong table with amenities provided are really a plus. Pollença is very pleasant to visit, very accessible on foot. Everything was perfect.Thank you again for hosting us so well.
The villa is great, and it's just a short walk to town, but the outside space is truly magical. It's an incredible setting, gardens are incredible, just a great place to be.
Had a lovely stay, the villa is located in a very peaceful and picturesque spot but not far from local towns and things to do. The villa is very spacious and well equipped also. A car is definitely required for your stay but this is clearly stated by the host

House was lovely! Pool area was a letdown to the house (very small and water was very very shallow so not suitable for swimming). Refurbishment on the house was great, though as travelling with small children floors were very very slippy when wet (including shower) and the stairs for top level dangerous (just made sure they didn’t go up there).Overall great house, but if you want to walk to Pollenca note that it’s all on roads (albeit country lanes). Pollenca itself was so lovely!
Great quiet location, 10 minutes by car to the city or to the supermarket / petrol station and the sea (not to the beach)!Great view of the mountains and amazing clean pool ...Several outdoor seating options, barbecue worked very well.Very well-kept green garden.Pellet furnace for the cool evenings in May we had.When our coffee machine broke, after recently friendly phone contact, the provision of a new one was immediately made.

Great location
a lovely villa set out in the heart of the local town. we enjoyed a short stay and had all the amenities required to enjoy a great holiday!
The villa and the outside area are very well laid out and in a convenient location for the town of Pollensa. Everything was spotlessly clean and in terms of utensils (cutlery, bbq tools, table wear, cooking pots, etc), the villa was very well stocked. Although the location is great for Pollensa, it is on a busy road without pavements. For us personally, this wasn't an issue, and we walked into town and back moat days. The thing we found most surprising was the lack of what we would regard as "essentials' that all other self-catering accommodations we have stayed in have provided- for example, washing up sponges, hand wash, washing up liquid, kitchen roll, and each bathroom had 1 toilet roll only.
We loved our stay, great location easy walk to Pollenca and easy drive to the port. There was everything you need in the Villa, the garden and pool area is fantastic for a quiet relax. We hope to return next year.
Fantastic, romantic garden with several enchanting terraces and a wonderfully large pool and a sweet old finca. Beautiful location in the middle of wide fields and yet in in port Pollenca or Pollença .We stayed there in August and were almost tempted to spend most of our time in this little paradise.
We really liked this lovely place and we had a great time. All amenities are in good condition and the house is very clean. The garden is beautiful and peaceful. In the neighborhood there are animals for the pleasure of the little ones. We would recommend this listing for your vacation.
We wanted to express our full satisfaction with our recent stay. The place was even bigger than we imagined and the location was just perfect.The only small downside was the hot water, but agent was extremely responsive and resolved the issue in our absence, which was much appreciated.
