From the main entrance, you are welcomed into a spacious and characterful open-plan lounge and dining area, featuring a decorative fireplace, comfortable seating, satellite TV, and a large wooden dining table—perfect for relaxed family meals.
To the opposite side of the entrance lies the fully fitted open kitchen, well equipped with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, electric oven and hob, and microwave. A separate outdoor utility area houses the washing machine for added convenience.
An impressive stone archway leads from the lounge to a hallway serving two attractive twin bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning, and sharing a well-appointed family bath/shower room.
Upstairs, the villa offers a spacious master double bedroom with a dressing area and a full en-suite bathroom. A mezzanine level provides a cosy seating area, ideal for relaxing with a book. All bedrooms are air-conditioned in line with local energy-saving initiatives, operating on a timer from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm and from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am. For year-round comfort, the villa is also equipped with central heating for the cooler months.
Outside, the large 10m x 5m swimming pool with Roman steps is set within beautifully maintained gardens and mature trees. Guests can enjoy both a covered dining terrace and an open sun terrace, perfect for alfresco meals and long summer days. A table tennis table and pool towels are also provided for your enjoyment.
Damage deposit of £350.00 is held by credit card prior to arrival and refunded after departure.

Wonderful stay, can’t wait to return
Five of us (four adults and one eleven year old) have just enjoyed two wonderful weeks at this villa near the beautiful town of Pollensa. Firstly, we can’t praise Pollenca enough - it is gorgeous, a web of intricate medical streets that can offer some relief from the intense sun as you wander the town. There are endless quaint shops, bars and restaurants all serving gorgeous food (loads of variety including traditional Spanish dishes). The villa was perfect - all rooms were spacious (apart from the 2nd indoor shower room, although it’s more than adequate). The kitchen is very well equipped, is again a good size space and has clearly just been updated with new units, granite worktops. The bedrooms all have very good sized built-in wardrobes. Again the lounge is a very good size although we didn’t actually use it once as we ate outside everyday and spent evenings talking by the pool. The rest of the furniture in the house is ideal although the elderly owners have a lot of nik-nak ornaments around the villa that we tidied away so as not to damage anything. The whole outside space is great and the views when lying on the sunbeds, stunning!! The shaded terrace area around half of the house is fantastic and perfectly positioned overlooking the pool area. The pool was in almost constant use over the two weeks and, although not heated, was very warm. We walked into Pollensa on numerous occasions from the villa (15-20 minute walk) but, although it’s all on the flat, it was a very hot walk (in the August 30• heat), and would be testing for little ones or the elderly. We ate a couple of times at the restaurant on the main road at the entrance to the lane to the villa - the service, price and food was very good. All in all a brilliant holiday and we are definitely looking to rebook this villa.
Easy walk into town but far enough out to be away from it all. Perfect location and well equipped. The cleanest rental property we have ever stayed in.
We really liked this lovely place and we had a great time. All amenities are in good condition and the house is very clean. The garden is beautiful and peaceful. In the neighborhood there are animals for the pleasure of the little ones. We would recommend this listing for your vacation.

Beautiful spacious villa. Lovely pool and fantastic outside area. Clean with lovely clean towels and bed linen. Generous welcome pack. Pollenca is beautiful, we preferred the old town to the Port. The Sunday market there is brilliant. Lovely shopping and restaurants.Palma and Soller are gorgeous places to visit.All in all a wonderful experience of Mallorca on our first visit to the island for a family holiday.Thank you so much.

Wir hatten ein kleines Problem mit der Reinigung des Pools ein paar Tage nach unserem Aufenthalt, aber es wurde schnell durch den Eigentümer gelöst.
Great location if you are looking to relax, peace and quiet. Pollença is really nice and nicely connected to other areas. It has a lot of local hidden gems, so do not hesitate on asking locals where to go.
Great Villa. Scrupulously clean. Loads of space inside and out. Pool perfect size. Table tennis a welcome addition. Great views to surrounding hills with birds of prey (mostly Kites) flying overhead most days. So peaceful and secluded yet only a very short 5-10 minute drive into Pollenca old town and 15-20 to Peurto Pollensa if the beach is what you want. Locals very friendly on the whole most speaking good English which is helpful! Main issue for us the week we went (October) was the mosquitoes…we were eaten alive!!! (Bring repellent but you can buy plug in diffusers etc in Lidl bit that they helped much!). ..meant we couldn’t sit out in the evening which was a shame but we tended to go into town anyway. All in all a lovely holiday.
we loved our stay in Pollenca. the townhouse was in a great position with views across the town. It was well equipped and is spacious. Having both a pool and roof top terrace was great. easy walking distance to centre with restaurants and shopsWe chose to park in large free car parks and walk as streets are narrow. Agent was very responsive and quickly helped with a query on day one.

La ubicación de ka propiedad cumplió con creces nuestras expectativas, en zona rural, pero muy cerca de Pollensa, tranquilidad, relax, zona muy extensa para jugar lis niños, piscina espectacular y, en resumen, estuvimos muy a gusto.
The villa is very nice and quietly located. It takes about 10 minutes by car to shop or beach. The house is quite well-equipped that you can take care of yourself. We will be happy to come back.
We had a lovely stay at this villa. She is a great host and her communications are speedy and helpful.The house is spotless, very well equipped, and for us (as cyclists) it was a great location to be based, quiet and close to the cycling routes and lanes and also near the beach and restaurants of Pollenca and Puerto Pollenca. We’d definitely stay again- for me the outdoor space was especially welcome- so peaceful with birdsong, the pool and shady seating by the house or sunbeds by the pool.
Great villa near to Pollenca. The location is fairly remote and you would need a car but offers tranquility with little disturbance from neighbours. Villa offers everything you need from plenty outdoor seating options, a wood-fire barbecue, large pool, well equipped kitchen. Seems newly renovated and great for smaller groups, couples, families. Can recommend staying there if you don’t want to be in the center of a town.

Lovely spacious villa with pool in a beautiful place. Perfect for our family celebration. Pool was a lovely size and very clean. Lots of outside space with choice of seating areas giving shade or sun. Lots of bathrooms, very spacious. Table tennis was added bonus. Excellent restaurant just round the corner. When all 10 of us showered at the end of the day, the hot water did run out.
Nice setting with the sounds of crickets and wetland birds. Easy check in and out process. Great value!
