The property is surrounded by extensive private gardens with manicured lawns, offering plenty of space to relax and soak up the Mallorcan sunshine in complete privacy. From its privileged location, the villa enjoys sensational panoramic views across the Vall d’en March valley and the surrounding countryside.
Inside, the villa is arranged over two levels, with the main living areas on the ground floor and the bedrooms located on the upper floor. The interiors are contemporary in style, complemented by large doors and windows that open directly onto the terraces and swimming pool, creating a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor living.
The ground floor features a bright and inviting open-plan living space, combining a comfortable lounge area with a dining space and a fully equipped modern kitchen. Also on this level are a cosy reading room, a guest cloakroom, and a utility room, adding extra comfort and convenience for longer stays.
On the first floor, there are four well-appointed bedrooms. Two double bedrooms benefit from en-suite shower rooms, while the remaining two bedrooms—one double and one twin—share a family bathroom. One of the double bedrooms also offers access to a private roof terrace, where guests can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views over the swimming pool, gardens, and valley beyond.
Outside, the large private swimming pool is set within beautifully lawned gardens and is surrounded by both covered and open terraces. These inviting outdoor spaces are perfect for sunbathing, enjoying a good book, dining al fresco, or simply relaxing while taking in the stunning natural surroundings.
Damage deposit of £500.00 is held by credit card prior to arrival and refunded after departure.

The villa was lovely. Welcome pack was a lovely touch. Everything you could possibly need was there when we arrived. Kettle, coffee machine, cot for my granddaughter, washing machine, airer, games, books. Felt like home!! Extremely clean, lovely en-suitesThe only negative was the road noise, but as we were out a lot of the time it didn’t matter. This was our 2nd visit to the Pine Walk apartments. The first being around 3 years ago when we stayed at the 1st floor. This year, because it was not available we took the 2nd floor. I had,had a look at the 2nd floor apartment on my first visit and knew what I was getting for my hard earned money and I was not to be disappointed. It is very well furnished and one can go out on to the balcony and watch the world go by and without the noise of traffic. More importantly, if you have children you can keep an eye on them from the balcony while they play and swim safely on the beach which is merely a few steps away. We plan to return in the future, as Palma is only a 1hour 40 minutes flight from our local airport which has none of the hassle of Gatwick or Heathrow. I have had enough of that. Chill and relax.
10 minutes from the beach area Port de Pollenca and 10 minutes to Pollenca old town, you need a car to stay here, two beautiful locations, big on cycling as well which we didn’t know.

What a fabulous property! The location, within easy walking distance to the lovely centre of the old town with plenty of shops and restaurants, was perfect. Easy parking outside and less than ten minute drive to several lovely beaches. The house is well stocked and very comfortable with air conditioning and several good spaces for different groups to relax in. The garden is really beautifully kept and of a very good size with a great outdoor kitchen and a very good pool which the kids (and us!) spent many hours enjoying. To find a property with such great outdoor space and big pool so close to the old town make this a very special find. We’d highly recommend and would definitely return.
This is a fabulous villa in a great location. The villa is extremely well equipped and the owners keep it very clean. We loved the pool with ample sun loungers. A car is essential and although only a short walk from Cala san Vicente there is no path so slightly impractical to walk. Only a 5min drive to the local supermarket yet the villa is in a very private location. Can’t wait to go back.

Fantastic, romantic garden with several enchanting terraces and a wonderfully large pool and a sweet old finca. Beautiful location in the middle of wide fields and yet in in port Pollenca or Pollença .We stayed there in August and were almost tempted to spend most of our time in this little paradise.

We had a lovely stay for two weeks. The team are very responsive and helpful. Jimmy the owner was charming and thoughtful. The Villa is very peaceful, well located for Pollença town (5 mins) and three beaches at Alcudia (20 mins) or Port Pollença (15 mins). We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others. We’d certainly return again.

We enjoyed our stay in the villa! Very clean, spacious and there is so much in the house at your service, such as the washing and the drying machine, the iron and ironing board, etc. The terrace is very big and beautiful, the rooms each have seperate bathrooms with bathtubs and/or showers. Also the location of the house is perfect if you're renting a car cause you have a great starting point to any part of the island, and the airport is nearby. Overall we really enjoyed and we would reccomend this house to anyone visiting Mallorca.
