Villa Velo (Marvelo) is a contemporary luxury villa with panoramic views over the Bay of Pollença, set in an elevated position close to Port de Pollença and the historic town of Pollença. Designed across three spacious levels, the villa sleeps up to 12 guests in five beautifully presented en suite bedrooms and offers a premium setting for families or groups looking for a refined Mallorca escape.
You arrive on the upper level where a stylish double bedroom with walk in wardrobe opens onto a private terrace with sweeping sea views. This floor also provides direct access to the covered carport and the dedicated bike store, ideal for guests planning to explore the nearby mountains by bike. The intermediate floor features the elegant master suite with terrace, a flexible en suite bedroom that can be arranged as a double or twin plus one single bed, and a further twin en suite, giving excellent layout options for mixed groups or families.
The ground floor forms the social heart of Villa Velo. A bright open plan living and dining area flows through tall glass doors onto the wide covered terrace, creating a seamless indoor and outdoor living experience. The high specification Bulthaup kitchen with Gaggenau appliances is designed for shared cooking and relaxed family meals, while the private cinema room offers the perfect space for evening entertainment and includes a comfortable sofa bed if additional sleeping is needed.
Outside, the large heated pool measures around 17 metres by 5 metres with a depth of 1.7 metres, providing ample space for swimming or relaxing. A landscaped garden surrounds the terrace, while luxury sun loungers and shaded seating areas frame the sea views. Modern comforts include air conditioning, under floor heating, WiFi, smart TVs and table tennis.

Very pleasant
Our only criticism would be that the table tennis table was past it's best ! The villa was very well presented, spotlessly clean, and surprisingly well equipped - it even had a tea-pot! The welcome pack was probably the best and most comprehensive I've seen ! The villa is in a quiet sub-urban setting backing onto the hills. 5 mins drive to supermarkets and a 30 min walk to Pollenca centre and restaurants, across the Ponta Roma, that is pleasant enough (you might want a torch for the return journey at night). Owner was friendly. We used the small pool (late October) but the sea was warmer. Pollenca is a good base if you want to have good access to the coast without being in a coastal resort.
The perfect location for us
We have just stayed at Villa Can Jaume La Font and really loved it there. For us the location was perfect, rural but only a 15 minute level walk into town. The villa was very clean, well equipped and the owner had provided a very generous welcome hamper which was really nice of them. Eroski & Lidl supermarkets are very close by. We walked back from town every night and although the road is not lit, we felt very safe. Great base for exploring if you have a hire car. Breakfast in the morning on the terrace listening to nothing but the sound of the birds singing was heaven. It would be nice to have had some TV channels in English. We would love to return in the future.

This is an excellent property in a beautiful location. It is a little out of town so very quiet but within east reach of local shops. The Villa is clean and well equipped. Great pool area. The host was very friendly, responsive and helpful. Overall, I cannot fault the place and would highly recommend.

Superb Family Holiday
Our family had the most wonderful holiday in the Font Llobera Villa. 2 mins to the very picturesque Plaza Major with its cobbled streets and fantastic restaurants and bars. 5 mins to the local supermarkets (Eroski and Lidl). 10 mins to puerto pollensa (pine walk) and cala st vincent stunning beach cove. This was our second holiday to pollensa and would highly recommend this villa and pollensa. Couldn't have asked for more from the villa, all very clean tidy lots of space. 10m swimming pool and superb views with every amenity on the doorstep.

The house was well equipped with everything you would need short or long term stay. The garden and pool area are very private with excellent seating options in and out of the sun. The location was ideal for a quiet family break whilst also being close enough to walk to the beach, restaurants and shops.
Great villa with beautiful entrance area and well-kept rooms. The pool area with a table tennis and pool table is also very successful. The kitchen is a bit old and rather small. Villa is quiet but still central. Thank you for the pleasant stay, we can highly recommend the villa.
Top location, very nice surroundings. Sea view from balcony in beautiful bay. Cottage in good condition, clean and good amenities. only negative was you could hear the neighbours. Luckily it was another quiet family, so the nuisance was not so bad.
A well equipped and peaceful property great pool and easy access into Pollensa and Alcúdia. A wonderful family holiday. Thank you. It would help if a few basics were left in the kitchen.

Quirky house with beautiful garden and fabulous location
Three generations of our family stayed in casa Pont Roma aged from late 20 to early 80s and had a wonderful holiday.. The outside space was particularly appreciated and the provision of the table tennis table was a fun addition for the more energetic. The house allowed for separate spaces to be sociable or watch TV without disturbing the rest of the party. It would have been good to have a downstairs toilet which was not outside as the stairs were quite steep. The location was great, within walking distance of the pretty town.
Home from Home
The photos and description of this beautifully designed cottage are extremely accurate with very high quality facilities throughout. The property is small, but rooms are spacious due to the clever design and uncluttered feel. Amazingly instant air con throughout! Fantastic location for the town of Pollensa with cafes, restaurants and shops on the door step. Very quickly got to know the locals who were all very welcoming and friendly. We decided against car hire and found the bus service extremely good (and cheap) with beach 10minutes away and Palma just 45. Loads of really good walks and even spent time at the local sports centre, which is not advertised but has excellent facilities.
This is on our list of best holidays ever, and we have already recommended it to our friends.
Quiet finca with beautiful garden and view of the mountains. Perfect for unwinding. Were there as a family with toddler for a week and we didn't miss anything. The pool was still a little too cold for April, as the weather wasn't that hot yet. Car is strongly recommended because otherwise you would have to walk a whole bit to the next town. The finca is secured by two lockable gates, so you are really very private. Amenities are great, enough pillows, blankets, etc., and nothing is missing in the kitchen. We loved it! Above all, we found the area around Pollença beautiful and less touristy than in the south of Mallorca. I'd love to come back!
The Villa and its location are second to none. Just a 10 minute walk to the beautiful Pollença old town but far enough in the countryside to make you feel like you’re on a retreat. The Villa itself is beautiful. Typically Spanish in style but with a contemporary take. Clean, spotless actually, and a real home from home. The pool area is fantastic and the table football, table tennis and bbq really added to a family feel. My 18 month old son loved it!Oh and the port is just 8 min drive away with a load more bars and restaurants though I would say the old town is the nicer.Great food and live music in the square, all just 10 mins walk away.Perfect stay.
