Villa Zoey is easily accessible by car or public transport, the villa is ideally located close to a wide selection of shops, restaurants and local amenities, ensuring a convenient and stress-free holiday experience.
The ground floor of the villa features a bright, open-plan living and dining area with direct access to the terrace and pool, creating a seamless indoor–outdoor living space. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with contemporary appliances and all essential cooking facilities. This level also includes a comfortable double bedroom with air conditioning and TV, a full bathroom, a guest toilet, and a practical laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Upstairs, there are three air-conditioned bedrooms, all with TVs: two doubles and one twin. These bedrooms share a full bathroom and benefit from generous natural light and ample wardrobe space, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests.
Outside, guests can relax by the private swimming pool, surrounded by sunbeds, or unwind in the outdoor jacuzzi (available from October to May). The spacious Mediterranean garden and shaded terrace with dining area are perfect for al fresco meals, complemented by a barbecue area ideal for relaxed outdoor dining. The peaceful setting makes it an excellent place to unwind after a day exploring Mallorca.
Villa Zoey is situated in a quiet residential area of Puerto Alcudia, offering the ideal balance between tranquillity and convenience. The beach is just a short walk away, while supermarkets, shops and restaurants are all close by, ensuring an easy and comfortable stay.
The historic old town of Alcudia is only a few minutes’ drive, where you can wander through charming streets, visit traditional markets and enjoy excellent local cuisine. The surrounding coastline also provides easy access to some of the area’s most beautiful beaches, including Playa de Muro, Puerto Pollensa and Cala Sant Vicenç.
Damage deposit of £500.00 is held by credit card prior to arrival and refunded after departure.
Ecotax is not included in the price (£2.2 adult/night).

An amazing villa. Would definitely recommend and already considering visiting again next year.It’s a small place as described but it’s perfect for couples. Internet worked perfectly throughout our stay so no issues if you need to work remotely. Pool was a great size and was cleaned when we arrived.The location was perfect. Out the way and really quiet/peaceful. The road to the villa is pretty tight so if you rent a car, avoid big SUVs.Hosts were great, responsive and all the instructions provided were accurate. Be sure to follow their guidelines on finding the place as Google Maps will take you the wrong way!
Wonderful location with a great view and very clean, modern and functional accommodation. We would definitely like to come back.

Lovely villa and pool, great views, nice walk into town and not far in the car.Beds were comfortable and bedrooms were nicely furnished, bathrooms were very nice and modern, good water pressure and plenty of hot water for 9 of us. Mosquitoes, make sure you take plugins, we have all been bitten badly.
We enjoyed our stay in the villa! Very clean, spacious and there is so much in the house at your service, such as the washing and the drying machine, the iron and ironing board, etc. The terrace is very big and beautiful, the rooms each have seperate bathrooms with bathtubs and/or showers. Also the location of the house is perfect if you're renting a car cause you have a great starting point to any part of the island, and the airport is nearby. Overall we really enjoyed and we would reccomend this house to anyone visiting Mallorca.
Pollenca is a beautiful area to stay in Majorque between sea and mountains. The house is nicely set in a quiet and beautiful area with nice surroundings garden and pool. The pool is not warmed so although we hoped to enjoy it in October it is really too cold to do that. The inside of the house is rather simple and practical but don’t expect state of the art kitchen , bathroom or beds . Overall we have a good experience and the host was super easy to reach and talk to.
Quirky house with beautiful garden and fabulous location
Three generations of our family stayed in casa Pont Roma aged from late 20 to early 80s and had a wonderful holiday.. The outside space was particularly appreciated and the provision of the table tennis table was a fun addition for the more energetic. The house allowed for separate spaces to be sociable or watch TV without disturbing the rest of the party. It would have been good to have a downstairs toilet which was not outside as the stairs were quite steep. The location was great, within walking distance of the pretty town.
We had a wonderful stay at this picturesque property. Extremely spacious, comfortable, with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Very safe walk into town, beautiful by moonlight on the way home. Quiet and peaceful, perfect place to unwind. Will definitely stay here again.

Notre séjour s’est très bien passé. La maison appartement est spacieuse et très agréable. Elle est idéalement située à 100 mètres de la mer. Nous avons bien pu profiter de la belle terrasse avec chaise longue, partie apéro, parti repas... Il faut juste prévoir assaisonnement, liquide vaisselle…

This place is awesome. Nice big pool and outside area with an amazing view, especially from the rooftop patio. The pictures don’t do it justice! Perfect place for holidays.
Had a lovely stay, the villa is located in a very peaceful and picturesque spot but not far from local towns and things to do. The villa is very spacious and well equipped also. A car is definitely required for your stay but this is clearly stated by the host

Our stay went very well, the beach is nearby (2 min walk), the seabed beautiful with many fish. Other beaches are nearby 5 min walk.The pool is nice and there were few people during our stay.Only negative point, the lack of dishes (we were 5 adults). Good value for money! I recommend.
Beautiful Villa within walking distance to Pollença. Very spacious inside & out. BBQ area fabulous with sinks and workspace next to it-we enjoyed many lovely evenings eating by the bbq watching the sun go down. Insect repellent is a must. Lovely lady came midweek to change our bath towels.
This villa was well situated between Puerta Pollensa and Pollensa old town although a car is a must as it is a 15 minute walk into the port along a busy road. Situated In a quiet area down a country lane. Good family sized villa for our party of 13 but really needs a make-over! Pool excellent and maintained well with plenty of sun-beds and covered terraces both front and rear of house. Air conditioning in all the bedrooms excellent but none in the lounge which is really needed as the children watched TV in the middle of the day to keep out of the sun. Puerto Pollensa is a lovely family resort with boat trips (catamaran recommended) inflatable offshore fun park which is very popular – lots of good shops and in the main square – craft markets within the evening entertainment ie bands & shows while we where there (usually 10pm start).
